A group of friends go to a house outside the city because they want to rest after a rough year of school.
Beautiful house, pretty and long curtains with soft fabric. The floor is shining as the sun warms up the room and the bedrooms upstairs are huge.
There is a lake nearby the house. At daytime you can see thousands of fishes swimming, it gives you this weird feeling to jump in and just relax, but theres a sign swimming is not allowed, the water is toxic.
Some of the people arent really friends with each other yet, but thats also a reason why they went on this trip, maybe it could get them closer.
The owner of the house is an old, but very kind man, he lives in a small apartment in the city but still keeps the house to rent it to others.
The friends arrive at the house.
This is where the story begins.
Also i want to clarify some stuff real quick.
i'm a young writer so it might not be the best thing you will ever read
and i'm also not english so i might have some grammar mistakes, but i hope you still want to try atleast one chapter so you will see i'm really trying
and just one other thing, i have a character in this book named Remi, and they are non-binary
it's my first time writing a book with a non-binary person so there might be some slight mistakes, i use they and their quite often but i hope it does not bother you
