Prologue

Emilyn, or Emi for short, was always different. That was a well known fact all throughout her district. She didn't have many friends, but she didn't need any. She had her powers. Her power was known as solidify. She could take any object and carve it to whatever she needed. The other part of solidify was fire. For the thing to become what she wanted, it had to be surrounded by strong heat. So she could manipulate fire any way she wanted. Her life was good, and she was content. Her relationship with her parents were a little rocky, but they lived. Until the letter came. The letter telling them that she had been accepted into Roseridge High, the most elite school in the districts. Going there would mean that her parents would be put in a better home then the one they were currently in, so they immediately urged their daughter to go. After days of pestering, she finally caved. And so Emilyn Harleen was admitted into Roseridge High for her first year.

Saphira, or Saph for short, was well known for being one of those sassy gals nowadays. But she was more than sass, she was one of those bad girls, always dressed in dark clothes with spikes. Everyone at Roseridge High was afraid of her. She was basically the "Queen who all feared and never wanted" But the one reason she was most feared was because Goku Black, who hated mortals, as he liked to call humans, was her boyfriend. She wasn't always the feared queen that she portrays herself to be. In her childhood she was bullied, abused, and she was afraid of everything. She then discovered her powers. At her age the power she had within would've been weak, but to her surprise they were incredibly strong. She could control the waves or any form of liquid using her mind, but when it came to the ocean and waves, she would control the water with the sound of her harmonious voice. This would be Saphira's second year of Roseridge High.
