Ben's POV
My name is Ben, I am a spy for the CIA, I've thwarted evil plans left and right, and most importantly, I've been married to Erica Hale for six months now. The best agent the CIA has ever had. But there are some sad parts. When Erica goes to a mission, I feel awfully lonely, and when I am in mission, I can tell from video calls she also misses me, so one night in dinner I just said,
"Erica, do you feel lonely when I am in mission?" I asked even though I already knew the answer.
"Yeah, real lonely, I mean, we live in a mansion with workers but I miss your company," she answered.
"Whatifwehaveakid?" I asked so fast I feared she might have missed it, but by the look of her face, she heard me.
"Hmmmmmm," She said thoughtfully.
"But if you don't want to, it..."
"Ben, it's a great idea! Come," We headed to our bedroom, and...
Timeskip to 3 months after the R-Rated scenes I WON'T WRITE THEM BECAUSE THEY'RE DISGUSTING
"BEN!" Erica woke me up "Come to the living room, now!"
"Going," I mumbled. I was not a morning person.
"What happens, babe?" I asked yawning.
"I-I am..."
"Hungry?" I asked
"No. I am pregnant," And sure enough, her belly was growing up.
I didn't know whether to be scared, happy, or nervous. I went with happy.
"That's great! Our kid will call your parents Grandpa Alex and Grandma Cat, We will make him happy, and will he be able to call Mike and Zoe uncles?" I asked
"Yes, if it is okay with them. But I am actually worried. What if our kid doesn't like me?" I found that the funniest thing in the history of the world, so I laughed like, a lot.
"What do you find funny?" She asked
"Erica, you are the greatest person in the world. Of course our kid will love you." I said.
"If you say so..."
Timeskip to 6 months later (The Hospital)
I was a bag of nerves. Our kid was coming. We decided to name him Percy (So what if I am a fan of Percy Jackson?) I hadn't seen Erica in half an hour already. Mike and Zoe were with me in the waiting room.
"Hey, can your kid call us Uncle Mike and Aunt Zoe?" They asked.
"Yes!"
"Thanks dude, oh, and have this," Said Mike as he handed me an invitation... to their wedding.
"You are getting married!?!" I asked
"Yup. Next month. Don't miss it," Zoe said
"Great! I'll be there with Erica and Percy," I said.
"Ummm, excuse me, who of you is Benjamin Ripley?"
"I am!" I said
"Your newborn baby is here,"
I was so excited I didn't wait for him to tell me where they were I just ran into the first room there was, and thankfully they were there (It would've been really bad if I interrupted a surgery)
"Ben, look at Percy," said Erica with a really proud smile.
I felt tears of happiness in my eyes
So I did the logical thing... I did a happy dance
HAPPY DANCE!!!!!!!!!!!
"Ben!" Erica said jokingly.
"Hi Percy," I said as I grabbed him "My name is Ben. Can you say, Ben?"
"Ben!" Erica said again.
"Hey! It's not my fault..."
"Bennnnnnn," Said Percy.
We looked at Percy, (by we I mean the doctors, Erica, and me) with a lot of surprise.
"What the hell did he just say?" I asked
"Ben! We don't want Percy's second word to be hell!"
"Helllllll!" Percy said
"This is fuc..."
"Don't you dare say another bad word!" Erica said
"Fine. Hey Percy, can you say Erica? Erica," I asked
"Ericcccca?"
"Wow." One of the doctors said "You have a super baby,"
"Yep, he definitely is our kid," Said Erica
"Hey! How is your baby!" Zoe asked us.
"Great. Oh, and hear: Percy, say, Ben"
"Bennnnnnnn," he said.
Mike and Zoe looked really surprised.
"And now say, Erica," I said
"Ericcccca," He said.
"And now say h..."
"BEN!" Erica said.
"Okkkkayyy,"
"Hey," Mike whispered, "What else can Percy say?"
"Hell," I whispered back.
"REALLY!?!?" He asked.
"Yup,"
"He really is a super baby,"
"Yes, he is our super baby," I said smiling.
