Chapter 1

Laura's POV

"Laura kanina kapa diyan ha. Mag aalas nuwebe na... bukas mo nalang yan tapusin"

"Di ok lang Nica, dami pa kasi neto... at mas mabuting matapos kona ngayon para another work naman bukas. May may pagkain naman dito kaya ok lng... at Nica dito nalang muna siguro ako matutulog."

"Nako kanina kapang umaga nag wowork eh, di naman yan kailangan tapusin ngayon. Hay nako wala naman akong magagawa kung yan ang gusto mo. Sige mauna nako wag kang magpapagod friend ha tapusin mo nayan at matulog na ingats!."

"Thankyou Nica and don't worry i can handle my self"

"HUH sabi mo ehh geh bye bye na"

"Bye..."

I live my life surrounded by work ako yung tipong di nauubusan ng magagawa. At isa ito sa mga dahilan kung bakit madaming humahanga sa akin di naman sa pagiging boastful but, I am pretty and smart. Pero kung meron man ma hahalata kagad sakin, it's me being a workaholic.

Yes im a workaholic and im proud of it. I won't be who I am naman now, if I am not this anyway.

By the way nandito ako ngayon sa office namin, doing some stuffs for our business. And currently I have the biggest share with this, a business made from friendship. A business me and 3 of my friends own and it's currently doing well or should I say great. Nica is one of them... she's the closest to me...

Mga ilang minuto pagkaalis ni Nica natapos ko narin yung ginagawa ko...

I relaxed my self at kinuha ko narin yung scrunchies na kanina pa nakabun sa buhok ko. And as I do nakahinga narin yung ulo ko nakakarelax sa feeling. I just enjoyed the softness of the chair and release all the muscle pains i got from all day work.

Mga ilang minuto ng pagrerelax ay naghanda na ko ng coffee ko. And as I was about to make my self towards the big white sofa and take a sleep. My feet walked me towards the aluring view outside. And just then, I'm already here standing near the glass window looking on how life works outside my world. Still holding my cup of coffee and wearing my office unif.

"Kahit madilim napala mabilis parin ang takbo ng mundo... sumasabay parin tayo sa agos nito..."sabi ko sa sarili ko as I was looking at the beautiful scenery outside.

I sipped my coffee and enjoyed the view at maya maya lang ay nawala na ko sa sarili ko. I am captivated by the yellow lights moving fast from different vehicles passing by it felt like im inside an illussion and im liking it. I feel the cold breeze coming from the aircon... it's starting to make me more comfortable...

Just then, I closed my eyes and as soon as my eyes were closed memories keeps flashing back just like the light from those beneath.

LAURA's POV

"GOODMORNING WORLD!"

1st day of school ko ngayon as an official HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT.

dahil 1st day mga 4:30 palang gising nako

Medyo kalayuan rin kasi ang Bahay namin sa school...

"1st day of School naaa wahh EXWAYTED!"

"Oy anak ang aga aga ng gising haa" sabi sakin ng mothershie ko ang medyo strikta pero selfless na mother na nakilala ko.

"Syempre ma 1st day eh HAHA"

wala naming nakakatawa pero anong magagawa ko excited ehh

"Na ayos mo naba lahat ng mga kailangan mo?" tanong ni mother habang nag aasikaso ng hapag.
