Grindelwald pov
I walked the streets of Scandinavia when i cane across a 6 year old girl with a great power I know she would be a great asset to my corse some day.

" what are you doing all alone my dear child" i said. " i have no where to go both mama and popa are dead" she told me.

I kneeled down and wrapped my arm around her. she started to shiver from the cold. " your freezing let get you warmed up" I said picking her and continue walking to my home.

" Vinda" i called out" making her appear before me. " yes my lord" she say. Looking at the child.

"Please make sure our guest has something to eat and make her a room to stay" I ordered.

" yes my lord" she says and leaves only to be s  to be stop by the kid saying " can i help, i always liked helping mama with cooking" in a small voice.

I could tell the girl had a pure heart. " your a gust but if my lord always allows it you can" she says to the child.

I nod and watched the girl leave with Vinda. While she was gone i devised a plan to adopt her as my own.

After getting the papers and sending them off I walked into the dinning room.

The girl place 3 plates of food down and wait for me to join. " you have such good mannors" i said before sitting down. " tell me would you like to be adopted by me" i said as i as i used magic to cut her food for her. " she looked in aww as i did this and said " you what to adopt me?" She asked.

I nod making her get up and hug me. She went back to her seat and i asked "what is your name?" " y/n" she replied. " it a pleasure to meet you my dear" i said.

It started to get late and i lead y/n to her new and tucked her in. " good night my dear" i said about to leave the room when i heard her  say " good night papa" and drifts to sleep.

I smiled and walked out of the room.
