Racism and Purebloods

So as all Harry Potter fans should know, there are pure bloods, half bloods, and Muggle born wizards and witches. Salazar Slytherin and Voldemort thought that the pure bloods were superior over the half bloods and Muggle borns. Sounds familiar to the real world? It should, it's similar to the whites v.s blacks racism. In Harry Potter, Hermione was a Muggle born but she was very brave and extremely smart. Harry Potter was a half blood but was very brave and was able to defeat Voldemort and put others in front of him. How does this apply to the real world? Well, let's say that the white people are the pure blood wizards/witches and blacks are the Muggle borns for my example of how this applies to the real world. In our past, the whites were said to be superior to blacks, the pure bloods superior to the Muggle born. But like Hermione and Harry, they aren't pure bloods and yet they had good hearts. Same thing with the real world, there can be really nice black people. It doesn't matter what you are on the outside, it's what you are on the inside that matters the most (your heart, mind, and soul).
