Hey... I'm Gin Tachibana. I'm known as the Ultimate mask designer and here to tell you a bit about me. Usually I don't like talking about myself to be honest... Well anyways this is not really a happy story so be prepared. I guess I should finally start with this. When I was little I had the perfect family you could say. A caring mom and a cool and kind dad. My father was a detective and my mother an employee in a big company. I really admired my father and wanted to become a detective like him. Solving mysteries was really fun for me so my dad let me help him a bit sometimes with his cases. Sometimes I even was able to help him a bit. When I turned 9 years old I got accepted in the primary school of Hope's Peak as Lil' Ultimate detective. You can probably tell how happy I was about that. I didn't really make any friends there though to be honest. The kids thought I would be really creepy just because I didn't really mind seeing corpses and enjoyed watching horror movies. Actually I didn't really care about what they thought. A lot of adults respected me for solving a few murder cases on my own or with my dad. You are probably wondering why I was allowed to do that... Well I actually wasn't but... Nobody could really stop me and my dad? He was happy to earn money without really doing much himself I guess. This is just some kind of assumption though. My mother was always there for me even so it felt like she didn't like me that much sometimes. This actually sounds like a pretty good life until now right? Well... I really wish it would've stayed like this. Sure... It had a few bad things as well but not as bad as now... It all began when I turned 11.
