When all we have is each other
Why do we turn and divide
When we need unity the most
Why do we close our eyes
Why do we hate
And break
And tear each other apart
When we are all human
We are human from the start
And at the end of the day
After all the chaos
And all the pain
We all just want to be accepted
We want to be Enough
We want to have people who love us for who we are
We want to be ok with having battle scars
So why do you hate
And break
And run away
When we need to be together the most
When all we really want is to feel at home
Now when there is so much anger
We need to love our friends and strangers
So now when we all are in so much danger
Come together and love your neighbor
