In the year 808, the world has been divided into four capitals Water, Fire, Earth, and Air. Each Capital has three pars. Fire Capital's pars consists of the Aries, Leo, and Sagittarius pars, the Water Capital pars were the Scorpio, Pisces, and Cancer, Air Capital pars were Gemini, Libra, and Aquarius, and Earth Capital pars were Virgo, Taurus and Capricorn.
The pars had wars between each other from time including but not limited to: The Savanna War between Leo and Sagittarius over dead Leo leader and a fraction of desert which resulted in Leo having the largest land in the Fire Capital and Fallen Army war between Pisces and Cancer which resulted in Pisces Army becoming extremely crippled. The only two Capitals to engage in war with each other was the Water and Fire Capital known as the Great War of The Steam.
The Capitals for the most part lived in peace. Capitals would often trade with each other along with Pars trading. Each Capital had a Master President who taught there people to control there respective element so Earth citizens can control the earth and so on. Each Par had a President as well who only answered to the Master President of there Capital. The sons and daughters of the Master President and President of the pars had special powers in there element. A son born to a president in the Fire Capital could not only use fire powers but also lava, for water is was ice, earth would be nature, and air would be lethal gas.
The desert was used as a training field for armies but most of the time was just a barren wasteland. The desert was harsh in heat with Rocky Mountains and few wildlife besides snakes, vultures, and lizards. In the year 577, the Capitals signed a treaty which stated it was forbidden for any Capital to attempt to expand there land into the desert.
