Narrater: It was 2 days before Eddies 17th birthday. Eddie was dying to find his soulmate. Two of his friends had one.. Mike and Stanley, they were soulmates. Ben had a soulmate, it was a girl named Beverly. Just leading bill and Eddie to having no soulmate. Eddie was often bullied for not having a soulmate. When he hasn't even turned 17 yet! Eddie woke up to the sound of getting tiny rocks thrown at his window. He got up and looked out the window to see an unfamiliar boy.

Eddie: "What the hell do you think you're doing?!"

???: "sorry! I thought this was my friends house!"

Eddie: "well it's not!"

Richie: "I'm Richie!"

Eddie: "do you really think I'm going to give my name to a stranger?"

Richie: "WOW, you must really be a mommas boy."

Eddie: "I am NOT a mommas boy!"

Richie: "If you aren't, tell me your name!"

Eddie: "I'm not telling you, I don't know if you're giving my information away!"

Richie: "Do you go to Derry high?"

Eddie: "there he goes with the creepy ass questions!"

Richie: "it's a simple question!!"

Eddie: "fine, it's my last year there! Ya happy?!"

Richie: "Oh senior! I'm one too!"

Narrater: Eddie was curious about this friend Richie was talking about.

Eddie: "Whats their name?"

Richie: "what?"

Eddie: "Your friend!"

Richie: "oh uh, Beverly Marsh!"

Narrater: Eddie knew a girl named Beverly Marsh, but who knows how many Beverly Marsh's are in Derry?

Eddie: "describe her!"

Richie: Okay, she has Orangish hair but, it's short, she has freckles, she also has blue eyes, sound familiar?"

Eddie: "I think i know her! Is she single?"

Richie: why are you planning on asking her ou-"

Eddie: "No! The Beverly I know is dating someone! That's why I asked if she was single!"

Richie: "well, no she's not single."

Eddie: "then I'm pretty sure we are talking about the same one!"

Narrater: Eddie ran downstairs about to open the door when suddenly-

Sonia: "Where are you going..?"

Eddie: "Um with my friends! We are working on a project!"

Sonia: "Okay, make sure to take your med-"

Eddie: "Yeah, Yeah, I will!"

Narrater: Eddie slammed the door shut and walked back to the spot Richie was in not seeing anyone.

Eddie: "Richie? Where are yo-"

Narrater: Richie popped up behind him. Causing Eddie to scream.

Eddie: "AHHH- shit, you scared me! So is this the girl?"

Narrater: Eddie showed a picture of the girl.

Richie: "Yup!"

Eddie: "So Your going to make a left then keep going straight for two turns, then turn right, go straight for 1 turn, then turn left and you're there!"

Richie: "okay thanks, bye! Maybe I'll see you at school?"

Eddie: "sure!"

Eddie walked back into his house.

Sonia: "I thought you were going to work on the project?"

Eddie: "Well, we forgot the project was due in 3 months!"

Sonia: "okay.."

Narrater: Eddie ran upstairs into his room. His phone started to ring. Eddie picked up his Rotary Phone and answered it.

Bill: "Heys Eddie!"

Eddie: "Hey Bill!"

Bill: "Ben, Stanley, and Mike were thinking of having a sleepover!"

Eddie: "cool! Okay by-"

Bill: "By the way, Beverly is going to be there! And she might bring a friend!"

Eddie: "oh okay!"

Narrater: Eddie hung you and ran downstairs not seeing his mom anywhere. He got on his bike and rode to bills house.

Narrater: He finally got there. He knocked on the door waiting patiently for bill to open the door. Bill opened the door.

Eddie: "Hey Bill!"

Narrater: Eddie took a look inside and saw Richie, the boy from earlier. Eddie walked in and walked to the living room with the other losers.

Eddie: "hey mike! Hey Stan! Hey Ben!"

Ben: "Hi! Oh, did you meet my girlfriend?"

Narrater: Eddie looked at Beverly.

Eddie: "Hi! I'm Edward, but I go by Eddie!"

Narrater: Richie snorted at the name.

Richie: "That's a old man name."

Narrater: Eddie had a sad look on his face.

Richie: "Sorry."

Beverly: "Richie! You made him sad!"

Narrater: Beverly hit Richies arm

Richie: "Ow! Well it's not my fault I didn't know he was sensitive!"

Beverly: "Hes not Sensitive! He gets bullied!"

Richie: "Oh.. sorry Eds."

Eddie: "Eds?"

Richie: "Yeah it's your new nickname!

Beverly: "Ah, shit. Once he gives you a nickname, HE'LL NEVER STOP CALLING YOU BY THE NICKNAME!"

Eddie: "shit."
