My Calamity

Locking my doors won't even matter

because you came

like a hurricane

and I saw my walls

built upon anxieties and insecurities

came crumbling down

and my roof

went flying

and I couldn't stop

myself

from letting you barge

your way in

without even knocking

and just one look

from

you

and the thunderstorm

will fall down on my

knees until my heart will

shatter from too much

emotions that I can't

name anymore

for

everything

is intense and

I can barely catch up

and all I wanted was for

none of this to stop

You made me dance in the rain

You made me love the storm

You made me crave for the sky

And even when the lightning strikes

You are the calamity that I would die for just to be with tonight
