Chapter 1

Yuu walked into the fairly large highschool as it was the first day of school. He walked to his locker putting his things away humming to the music playing in his headphones. A popular kid walked up behind him and tapped on his shoulder.

Boy: Hey kid! First day right? Heh, you look shy. The names Rin.

Yuu looked over at him confused slightly and his innocent eyes had a dull spark in them as him and Rin made eye contact.

Yuu: H-Hi..My names-..

Rin looked at him and chuckled lightly.

Rin: Guessing you remember me right? Your face says it all!

Yuu pulled away eye contact.

Yuu: Y-you were the kid that always made fun of me right?...

Yuu had a sad tone in his voice as Rin just nodded as if he were proud of his actions.

Rin: Well, Why dont i make it up to you, Hows that sound?

Yuu: That won't be necessary! I swear!

Yuu had a nervous look as if he were scared of Rin.

Rin: Don't worry i dont have any wish to hurt you. Yet.

Yuu closed his locker and started trying to walk away as some of Rins friends showed up and whispered in Rins ear.

Tamaki: Hey isn't that the nerd from last year? Why don't we just mess around with him~

Rin: You're a big ass pervert. Horny ass bitch.

Tamaki: Awe come on bro. You're just gonna watch him walk away like that?

Rin grabbed Yuu's arm and put him against the lockers and looked down at him. Yuu tried squirming away and started tearing up. Crying was always his first defense and happened automatically.

Yuu: D-Dont h-hurt me! P-please!

Rin: My wish is not to hurt you alright? Don't be scared.

Rin put one of his hands on Yuu's cheek and rubbed it with his thumb. Yuu looked up at him slightly confused as the tears in his eyes sparkled and made his eyes glisten as a slight blush settled over his small face.

Yuu: . . .

Rin: That's a promise I'm gonna make.

Tamaki: Come on boss! You've grown soft on the shorty! Who knew you were gay!

Rin: I AM NOT GAY!

Yuu covered his ears and slid down the locker as the yelling echoed in his head. He started crying. Rin looked at him worriedly.

Rin: Yuu?!

Tamaki: Good job boss.

Rin glared at Tamaki and picked up Yuu gently and started walking at a fast pace to their new dorm. They had just received their keys early on in the morning. Rin talked softly, becoming sincerely worried about Yuu.

Rin: I've got you...Shhh..

He had never had sincere feelings towards the small male until recently. He had no experience helping someone who was crying. He had grown up on his own. Rin opened the dorm door quickly and laid Yuu on the bed and looked at him in a panic.

Rin: What hurts Yuu?!..

Yuu: D-dont yell! I-It hurts..!

Rin: Yuu, Tell me what hurts..!

Yuu: Dont hit me!..

Rin: I'm not gonna hurt you!

Yuu: Dont yell...

Yuu would start whimpering. Rin started becoming stressed and didn't know what to do. He pulled Yuu's hands off his ears and looked at them.

Rin: Do your ears hurt?

Yuu: Y-yes..!

Rin put his hand on Yuu"s cheek again and rubbed it gently. Yuu waited for him to pinch him or slap him and started curling up.

Yuu: dont hurt me...

Rin: It's okay, I just want to help you.

Yuu: Why did you yell?...

Rin: Cause that DAMN HORNY BITCH!!

Yuu covered his ears again and started crying more.

Rin: No, No don't cry..I'm sorry...

Yuu uncovered his ears but kept crying being scared. Rin felt guilty sitting here watching Yuu cry.

Rin: Please don't cry.

Yuu: I-I'm s-sorry...

Rin wanted to comfort him but he knew he hadn't reached his trust high enough with Yuu yet. Yuu sniffled and looked at Rin's face and how it had a guilty look on it. Yuu hugged his waist and held onto him trying to help him calm down. Rins face lit up as he hugged him back.

Yuu: Don't be sad..

Rin blushed a bit hearing those kind words being spoken from someone who he had bullied.

Rin: I don't want you to be sad.

Yuu: But it makes you sad...

Rin: Don't worry about me alright?
