All That You Are

Pilot; tired

Branch and Poppy were going on their first date as a married couple, they went to a private night session at the movie cinema and everything was going well when Poppy got up from her seat, "Poppy? what are you doing??" He asked a little concerned "I'm cold."

Poppy walked up to Branch then sat in his lap "Of course you are" he rolled his eyes playfully and wrapped his arms around her waist, he kissed her temple then tucked a strand of hair behind her ear.

"Are you enjoying the movie?" he asked gently and Poppy nodded "Love it" she whispered, slowly starting to doze off. "Come on Poppy, don't go to sleep now, the movie's over in 3 minutes and I'm not carrying you home" Branch lifted her up to her feet but she groaned in discomfort, he put his arm around her back to try and guide her, but she was not having it.

"Ugh fine, you owe me one" he picked her up and prayed that no one would see them, he loved showering her with affection but with her asleep in his arms it looked more like a crime scene.

They finally arrived home and Branch tucked Poppy in, he noticed her eyes opening a little "Shh..go back to sleep" he insisted, "Branch?" she asked curiously barely keeping her eyes open "Yes?", Poppy lost her train of thought before speaking "Y-you remind me of a.. cat" Branch had to restrain himself from laughing "I'm sure you might think that" he pecked her forehead then rubbed her cheek over, and climbed into bed with her, with his thoughts going crazy.

"I wonder if we'll have kids one day?.. but then again Poppy's already a full-time job, something I wouldn't trade for the world of course.. I wonder what color they'd be? Pink? Blue?"

Short I know, next one will be longer I promise.. also should Poppy become pregnant in this story or not? what are some boy/girl name suggestions? Peace out! ✌️💫💜

Update: I was 14 when I wrote this cringe- please kill me. (I still love trolls, but the first couple chapters of this are sooo not it XD)
