Chapter 1

This is my first time making a story I hope you enjoy and give me feedback and ideas to make my chapters better

Waking up it was a Saturday morning, the day I finally move back to my home town, Northwood. I'm pretty excited to go back I've missed my friends a lot. Lost in my thoughts I hadn't realized my mother was calling my name. " Jessy sweetie are you done packing we need to get on the road as soon as possible if you want to go shopping for your first day of school" she claims " yes mom I'm done packing I just need to carry my boxes down and into the truck".

Finally finishing up the final touches of cleaning my empty room, I go downstairs to leave in the car. As I'm waiting for my mom I take my phone out and text my friends in our group chat

"hey guys we are just about done here we'll be there by tomorrow morning at 2 am"

a second later one of my best friends Iris replied with "omg I'm so excited to finally see you again I missed you boo"

laughing to myself i reply back "me too can't wait for all four of us to be together again :)".

After replying i look up from my phone to see my mom coming out of the room that she was supposed to finish cleaning up so I got up to get ready to leave.

Ugh I'm going to be so exhausted. Me and my mom have been in the car for over 4 hours now. "Mom I'm going to sleep wake me when we arrive please" she nodded and I passed out.

Feeling someone shaking me I wake up to find my mom standing outside of my door

"sweetie we're here" she said exhaustedly,

getting out of the car my mouth drops open, "So beautiful" I said to myself, "isn't it" mom laughs.

Walking in my eyes widen, I was met with cream colored walls and brown wooden floors. "Jess get ur stuff out so I can lock the car", I turn around to see mom standing at our new front door "sorry mom I was just fascinated" mom laughs " yea I am to baby, but we need to hurry it's already 8"

....

After getting out the shower I go through my suit case with my clothes in it and pull out a light blue tank top, white pajama shorts, I put my hair into a messy bun, and grab my phone it's 9:30.

I can smell food cooking from my room, mom must be making pasta, excited I jump up and down like a child before running out of my room.  "Mhmm I knew you were making pasta mommy" my mom snorts " you and ur nose" I giggle and take a plate out. " so where are you  and you're friends going tomorrow, I know you already got plans with them" mom says while rolling her eyes " only the mall mom" I laugh. She just lets out a hmm while grabbing a plate herself " ok sweetie just be careful" finishing my food I look up to her " I will" before standing and walking over to the sink to clean my dishes..

Going back to room ,I turn my tv on putting on some random movie before slowly drifting to sleep.

Next morning, I wake up to the sound of my phone ringing , looking to see who it is my face lights up it was Iris calling me "heyy " I say picking it up " heyyyy boo" she says making me laugh "ugh I just woke up, you got a little too much energy at" I look at the time on my phone " 8 o'clock in the morning" groaning on the other end of the line she gives out two big huffs causing me to laugh again "girl get up it's Saturday" she rants, mentally rolling my eyes I sigh " we agreed on 2 so until then let me sleep Iry" I say "goodbye love you", I hang up the phone and try to go back sleep.. 𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐰𝐡𝐲 𝐜𝐚𝐧'𝐭 𝐢 𝐟𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐩. Getting up I shuffle to the bathroom " oh my I look a damn mess. Let's just get in the shower. School is gonna be a pain, I'm pretty sure Hunter still goes there. It's been 2 years since we broke up from him cheating on me , people don't understand how bad that shit hurts.
