Right now you can only use two at a time but you can almost use three. It's drawback is that if you use it too much or too many at once you pass out.
Because of All Might you have blonde hair and your eyes are the same as your mother's (you choose). You have a necklace that your mom gave you before she passed away. It has a picture of you, your mom and All Might.
All Might doesn't tell anyone about you because he wants you to have a normal life but you are aloud to tell people.
