Remi's P.O.V

As the sun set to the west, I turned on my head lights so I could see the roadway ahead of me. "This is going to be totally amazing! I swear I've never been to a lodge. Or camping for that matter." The girl sitting in the passenger seat stated, smiling brightly while looking at the mountains ahead. She had beautiful dark ginger hair that flowed down her back and over her shoulders. Her hazel brown eyes shined in the sunset and her bright smile made me relax a bit more. "I still can't believe you've never been camping Ember. I remember the first time I went camping, I was with Remi and her grandparents. Oh man, it was a hoot." The girl behind me said. She had long wavy dirty blond hair and bangs that parted to the left, roughly covering her forehead. She had beautiful blue eyes and the most warming smile. "Ha, oh yeah. I remember that! Hey Kenz, remember that monkey that swung down and tried to steal your sandwich?" I laughed in reply, glancing at my mirror then back at the road. Mackenzie had been by best friend since the 3rd grade. We had so many similarities. 1, we joked so much, things that normal people would have no clue as to what we were talking about. 2, we loved to eat. 3, We understood each other and knew we could rely on each other. So many other things, I don't know where I'd be without her. There was a girl sitting next to Kenzie, leaned up against the car door window. She had long straight brown hair, with bangs parted straight to the right. "Looks like Caroline is out already." I smirked, chuckling at the knocked out girl. "I don't blame her. I kept her up talking about Lance." Ember admitted, blushing slightly. I rolled my eyes and laughed, looking at the sign to my right that read 'Lincoln Wyoming, 37 Miles'. I kept driving until I got a phone call, from the car behind us.

Lance's P.O.V

"Hey Remi, we're running low on gas. Can we fill up at the next stop?" I asked as I kept my eyes on Remi's Silver and black challenger in front of me. "Yeah, totally. I'll go ahead and head to the exit ahead of us." After about 5 minutes we were at a Phillips 66 Gas Station just off the border of Wyoming. I stood outside the car, filling it up. I looked over and saw by best friend Tyler talking with the station clerk. He had chocolate brown shaggy hair that barely covered his forehead. His bright green eyes shown as he pointed across the mountains as he continued to talk. Then I glanced over at the trunk. Percy and Kyle sat on the tailgate of my Ford Pickup. Percy's black spikey hair gleamed from the gel, and his sea blue eyes were calm. Then there was Kyle, his bright Irish ginger combed out hair shown, bringing out his emerald green eyes. Finally I heard footsteps approaching me. Remi walked closer, her long wavy black hair hung naturally on her back and over her shoulders, then her black and purple highlighted bangs layed combed over her right eye. Her left eye shown a bright aqua blue, with a scar directly crossed over it. She had a nice zip up leather jacket that hung neatly over her black tattered skinny jeans, tucked into her black leather combat boots. "You about ready? We'll be there in about 20." She said calmly, slightly smiling. I smiled brightly and nodded. "Yeah, go ahead and load up. Let's hit it." I replied, plugging back the pump. As she walked away, I watched her from the side. I've always had a slight crush on her. Just the way she acts. Calm, silent, doesn't talk any. Her voice is just deep and soft. "Hey! Bro! Let's go!" Tyler smacked me out of my dream. "Oh. Yeah. Lets go." I replied quickly. We then headed off towards the lodge.
