Chapter 9: jacks ex

The next week I was walking home. Someone tapped my shoulder. I turned around and saw Emma Violet ( Jacks ex girlfriend). She told me that I need to be careful about jack. That I didn't know his real side. That I only knew his "sweet side". I really didn't k ow what to think. I mean what people say he did to her. What she says he did to her was just to much. I texted jack right when o got home what happen.

"Hey babe"

"Hey babe whats going on?"

"Nothing just chillin.wbu?"

"At home same. U should come over!"

"I can't homework. But hey I wanted to ask you something!"

"Yeah what's up babe?"

"So I saw Emma violet today... She told me to watch out for you. That I have just seen your "sweet side." What does she mean just seen ur "sweet side"?"

"Shit! That's what she told you?!!!!"

"Yeah... Babe please don't be mad at me..."

"I'm not mad at you I'm mad at her! Why should would tell you that!"

"What does she mean jack? By ur "sweet side" ur always sweet to me." (Then I thought for a moment, I knew what she meant but I wanted him to tell me)

He never text me back. I called and he wouldn't answer. I had a feeling he got mad at me.. But I wonder what happen between Emma and him after that...

The next day at school:

I saw Emma. She had a black eye and a slit lip.... I was scared to ask what happen. But of course my curious self wondered if there and asked her.

"Hey Emma what happen?"

She pulled me out side and told me:

"Jack hit me he got mad that I told you that... I just don't understand why?! I didn't do anything to him! Like you know!" She started to scream and had tears in her eyes.

I felt like crying. I didn't know jack would do that!

So I got home and jacks car was there... I went in and saw him sitting there with my sister hugging him and talking to my mom. I looked at his hands right away, I saw nothing.. So far. I grabbed him and pulled him upstairs. My sister jumped on his back and went up with him.

"Sky go away I need to talk to him!"

"No he's my boyfriend he's just your friend!" She didn't know e was dating him.

"Yeah me and ur sister r dating know." He said with a wink.

"No he's my boyfriend for real not fake my real boyfriend! Another like you and him! We kiss and hug and hold hands sky! So get away!!!" I screamed I felt so bad that I screamed at her. I was just so mad.

"Really? Jack you guys are dating? Why!" She screamed.

My mom came up and took sky away. Sky was crying and screaming why and yelling to let her go.

"How about we go to my house?" Jack said.

"Probably the best!" I said annoyed.

When we were leaving I went up to sky holding hacks hand and gave jack a huge kiss. And said "there! I told you he's mine now grow up little girl. He'll never date you!"

In the car:

"Why did u do that?"

"Do what?"

"Tell at her. Kiss me and hold my hand in front of her, and tell her we were dating and that I would never date her and to grow up little girl! You were so mean!!"

"Im sorry I'm just ugh I don't know what to think! What to do jack!"

My mom text me just then:

Mom: you better get your ass over here! Right now! Your in so much trouble Alexis Marie Garcia! You made her cry so much and she's screaming that she doesn't want you as a sister! How does that feel Alexis! Get over here right now!! Not a minute later!!!

Of course I ignored it but knew I was going to get a whooping.

We got to jacks house and I was crying. He hugged me and kissed my head.

"Can you please tell me why you hit Emma?"

"REALLY ALEXIS!!!! AFTER ALL THIS AND YOU ASK THAT?!!!"

"Sorry I just. I just wanted to know why! You shouldn't hit a girl! Emma didn't do anything!"

"Are you sure about that??"
