The doctor walks out of the operating room.
"Doctor is my sister allright!?."

"Your sister is okay for now with enough treatment she'll be back being healthy,but may i ask for your parents or a guardian to come."
Hinata sighs of relief
"Well my parents aren't here now but i'll find away."
"Ok, Your sister is gonna be staying here for now go back home and get some rest your sister's sickness is not that bad so it'll be alright."
"Im glad."
Hinata walks to his home carrying the food tsukishima gave him.
"I should thank tsukishima for giving me this food and helping me bring natsu to the hospital."
Hinata calls tsukishima

"Oh it's hinata hope he's okay."
"Hello, hinata."
"Hi tsukishima just wanted to thank you for giving me food and for helping me with my sister.sorry about troubling you though."
"Oh its fine."
"But is everything alright there."
"Yep doctor said it wasn't anything serious.well i'll be going now thanks alot tsukishima."

_next day_
The karasuno's are practicing for the nationals but hinata seems down.

"I hope tsukishima didn't tell anyone,they might be too worried about me."

The ball striked hinatas face and was unconscious, and tsukishima carried hinata to the nurse's office as per captain's order.
_hinata wakes up_
"Oh hinata you're awake."
"Oh tsukishima what happened."
"Well you were being stupid and a ball hit your face."
"I better ask tsukishima if he told about what happened."
"Tsukish-"
"Oh don't worry i didn't tell anyone."
"How did you know tsukishima are you a wizard if you are you're secret will be fine with me."

Tsukishima looks at hinata's face and turns into a tomato.
Hinata hugs tsukishima tightly
