"...Y/n can I ask you a question?" I hummed at Makomo "hows work?" I then stopped to think

"I'm doing great, though there are a lot of requests to kill people that are good or helping the country, so I had to be more thorough about it," I said while sighing, I never liked killing good people, all I ever do is kill criminals and then get Leon to send the police to the location, somehow I never get caught by it which I am thankful at

"well at least you're doing good at it, but why didn't you quit?" when I told them my purpose for training with Urokodaki, Sabito told me to stop and quit the job immediately, but ofc I didn't stop knowing that I made a promise that I have to keep...

"...I made a promise... and I won't break that promise if it's the last thing I'd do..." Looking at the ground I sighed tiredly remembering the promise once more making me furrow my eyebrows

"anyways let's talk more about how Makomo is the best girl and how Sabito is an ass" I grinned towards the boy feeling he was irritated

"gods give me patience" I heard Sabito murmured under his breath

"I think you mean to give me strength" I corrected him

After I talked a lot with them both I decided to go back before Urokodaki freaks out, once I bid goodbye to them I got back home as fast as I could and closed the door, looking at the clock it was 5 am, I hurried to the room, knowing that Urokodaki probably awake-

"What are you doing?" I stopped on my tracks and turn slowly towards the couch to see Urokodaki with his arms crossed also his legs, seeing him in a robe with his mask made me think the mask is apart of his face 

"taking a nice cold walk!" I smiled, if I even tell him about the kids, I feel he would get emotional and probably try his best to meet them again 

"ah Y/n your awake" Tanjiro yawned while walking back from the kitchen with three cups of tea "I was wondering where you went" he then sat down on the couch putting the three cups on the coffee table

"Yeah... sorry for worrying you" oh god he wakes up so early, I then sat on the couch "and thank you" I grabbed the cup and sipped the tea 

"Oh yeah! I forgot to ask you in the car ride, do you know the boy with the scar, both of you had a similar scent to each other" Tanjiro pointed out, at the car ride he ask me many things, like what's my favorite color, food, places to go to and so on, after that he slept like a baby leaving me alone to annoy the driver.

"Oh him? He's my dumbass of a little brother" I awkwardly sipped my tea, while Tanjiro looked at me and blinked twice

"Ah, I see! Well I guess I will befriend him!" I stopped to look at the burgundy boy, my brothers are a death trap

"Oh he's a handful"

"I have two hands!!" He said excitedly, this boy is a cinnamon roll "do you have any other siblings?" Oh god I was hoping you didn't say that

"Yeah I have an elder brother who hates demons, his name is Sanemi Shinazugawa, he's super strong though, better keep Nezuko away from him if I were you" I drank the tea once more, if he even dares to hurt the Kamado, I will literally break his katana with my bard hands

"I see... what does he look like?"

"I guess you and me are similar huh?" I looked at my drink while rubbing the cup with my fingers, feeling the warmness fade away slowly, I soon put the cup down the same as Tanjiro did to his tea a while ago

"Urokodaki..." wait, what's that- "CHOP!!"

"WHAT THE FUCK OLD MAN!!!" I touched my head, IT MADE A DENT ON MY HEAD! WHY DIDNT IT CAUSE A CONCUSSION?!?!?!?

"ahhh, my head!" Tanjiro whined touching his head, what the fuck did he use- HE USED A BIG ASS BOOK!! WHAT THE FUCK????

"stop being so depressed kids"

"why would you do this???" I looked at him still holding my head in pain

"CHOP!" he tried to chop my head but missed, I got up and started running to safety
