"Rosie, what took you so long to get back here?"

Sighing, I answered her with my utmost patience

"Mom, apparently you didn't told me that people are nowadays friendly here." Referring to the guy, rather the flirt named Calv.

"Oh that! Indeed. Isn't that so nice? Aside from the fact that your grandparents' place is cozy, people are also warm-hearted. I so love to be back."

I simply shook my head vigorously as a sign of annoyance and defeat.

"Whatever you say mom. But please although I would love to lay and rest here, I still have a college or maybe a university to attend to so I'm pleading you to stop thinking of staying here for like... a decade."

She's about to protest but I immediately told her that I know her very well.

So I earned a genuine smile and a slight nudge from my mother dearest.

"By the way Rosie, do you still remember Cass?"

I crunched up my forehead, trying to recall the name

Cass...

Cass...

Cass?

But I can barely remember anything about that name.

All I could ever imagine is that she's a girl who loves to hangout
