"No Aleah , Drew get Leah.." Brooke said as Aleah kept messing with things. Drew took them from her and put them back where they belonged .

Drew and I was over here at her house , with her and Aleah , since she claim she was getting lonely by herself.

"So...how's it going?" Brooke asked with a deep breath , I chuckled.
"She's wearing you out , ain't she?" I asked looking at her with my phone in my hand.

She shut her eyes , pouting as she nodded.

"She just so damn active like..." She trailed off , I nodded .

"Yeah I know. Where's Dre?" I asked . She shrugged.

"Who knows.." I perked my lips.

"No Aleah.." Drew said taking something sharp out her hand.

"What's been up with y'all?" I asked . She continued to watch Aleah and Drew.

"Nothing.." She said playing with her fingers , I squinted at her.

"Stop lying to me! Foreal! Remember when me and August was going through it and yall was there to help. Now yall need help so just tell me . I'm not gonna judge or anything." I said. She sighed while looking down til finally she looked up at me.

"He pays a lot of attention to Aleah.." I looked off to the side for awhile .

"Isn't that good?" I asked looking back at her . She nodded and sucked her teeth .

"Yeah it is til he try to tell me how to do everything. He wants everything tic tac perfect and that shit annoying. I told him but we just end up arguing.." She said turning her attention back to Aleah.

"Um yeah. I'm not taking sides first of all but I'm sure he does that because of his first child situation." She nodded.

"Yes! Yes! I know..that's his automatic excuse." She said sighing.

"Well try to really talk about it , maybe not immediately like when he tells you what to do but maybe later on in the day." She rubbed her arm.

"Alright..see how that goes. How's you and August though ?" She asked , I smiled.

"We're good. Probably the best since we've been together.." I said .

"What's he up to?" She asked as she got up , picking up Aleah .

" all these damn tours." I said slightly squinting, she laughed.

"He'll be fine Mercedes , it's okay." She said . I scoffed.

"Uhmm I just don't want him to hurt himself.." I said . She nodded.

"I understand." I took Aleah , starting to play with her as Brooke started picking up the toys as Drew helped her.

I couldn't believe he was seven already . He's growing up so fast .

I rubbed my nose against Aleah's , making her smile, as I heard the front door opening .

"Prepare the horns and trumpets cuz I have arrived ." Zane said in a king way, walking in with his hands in the air . He did a bow , I shook my head as him and Dre walked in. Dre shook his head too.
