episode one

once Heaven arrived in North Carolina she collected her luggage like any normal person would do

after leaving the airport and waiting out by the front of the building she saw her cousins car pull up and her cousin immediately sprinted out of her car to hug her older cousin

once the two made a massive scene outside the airport she pilled her luggage into her cousins car and went to sit next to her in the passenger side of the car

the two, not seeing each other for around two years, caught up on each other's lives and everything's that happened, mostly about Kiara and her friends

everytime Heaven would visit her cousin, which became less frequent over the years, she would always hang out with Kiara and her friends

those friends were John B, JJ and Pope

she never really fit it with the group but they welcomed her as if she was one of them, partially because Kiara warned them to everytime she would leave to pick Heaven up

this time Heaven wasn't sure when she was gonna leave the outer banks

with everything going on back at her home in Hawaii, from her dad being very physically abusive and to her suddenly moving schools and losing all of her friends

"so are you and John B a thing yet kie?" Heaven said flopping on her younger cousins bed

"you've been here for not even an hour and your already on my case about JB" the younger girl groaned

after she said that the two girls heard a knock on the homes front door

"up in her room" the girls heard Kiaras dad and Heavens uncle say to most probably the boys after hearing people stumbling up the stairs and bursting the doors open

"what if we were changing JJ?" kie said to the blonde who barged into her room

"it would be a lovely sight" he said smirking only to get hit across the head by John B

"Healani" Pope smilied opening his arms to hug the girl

"i told you to call me Heaven Pope" she smiled while hugging the boy

"but i love your name it's just so cute" he said releasing her from his grip

"JB i've heard you haven't made a move on kie yet" she said walking over to hug him while giggling

"i told you to watch your ass Heaven" kie said pointing at her older cousin

"oh shush" she said messing Kie's hair up making the younger girl groan

Heaven took her hoodie off suddenly feeling the extreme heat with so many people being in the small room

once she took her hoodie off it revealed her bright pink tube top and bruises across her stomach

"Heaven" Kie frowned looking down at the old looking bruises

"shit shit" Heaven mumbled going to throw her hoodie back on

"save it" kie said stopping her "come on we gotta tell my dad" she said putting her arm around the girls shoulder and walking her to her uncle

these first few chapters are gonna be before the part where the show started
