The water came down in buckets, distorting the world in front of Kairi. The windshield wipers were of almost no help, for as soon as the water was flicked off, new moisture completely replaced it almost immediately. The blurred shapes and colors in her path of vision were indistinguishable. Her surroundings swayed around her as the abrupt dizziness took over and her grip on the wheel loosened.

Perhaps it hadn't been a good idea to keep driving.
