Name: Seraphiel Anacest
Personality: Calm, cold, polite, doesn't really have any confidence so she's closed off and she doesn't like to show off.
Quirk: snow and ice manipulation, she can make ice and snow into anything she desires, but she can easily lose control and accidentally freeze things. She has a two part quirk her second being called rewind, she can turn back an objects or persons time, (like Eri's quirk basically) she doesn't use it often though because she doesn't really like the aspect. And its also hard to control.
Weakness: if she overuses her quirk her body temperature will decrease immensely, making it very uncomfortable for her. Other than that she really doesnt have many weaknesses, but she has a problem with pushing herself in different ways so she doesn't really try hard, and wins in the easiest way she can think of. (I know overpowered quirk but whatever lmao)
Height: she's about the same height as urakaka
Friends: she doesn't really have an interest in friends, but she gets along with almost everyone.
