my thoughts:

personally? i think this could totally happen.

one - have you seen logan's playlist? it's so angsty! i know this might not hint at him being a dark side in the future, but it almost definitely foreshadows some angst (in my opinion).

two - okay. this is literally the main reason i believe in this theory. outfits. dark side outfits, specifically.
let's start with virgil's old outfit, from when he was a dark side:

it was entirely black.

deceit's outfit?

entirely black, except from the yellow.

remus'?

black, with some green.

so, what am i getting at here?
well, you may have now noticed all the dark sides have outfits which are their colour and black (except virgil's, but dark side him's colour is usually portrayed as black, anyway).

if you look at the light sides, they have a common theme too. their colour is the main one in their outfit, if you look. roman's colour is red (like his sash), patton's is blue (like hid polo shirt) and virgil's is purple (like his t-shirt and patches on his hoodie).

but logan doesn't fit this theme. he does, however, work well with the dark sides' theme - the only colour in his outfit is the blue of his tie. this may hint at him becoming (or already being?) a dark side, since he's the odd one out of the light sides outfit-wise.

3 - we've had a lot of logan angst already. from having his name revealed unwillingly to being pressured into many things (such as being a puppet. he did make the choice himself (i think? it's been a while since i've watched that episode) in the end, but personally i believe it's because he didn't want to disappoint the others).

and yeah, that's what i think. i have a few more ideas but i don't really know how to get them down, sooo..
