Blinded eyes

The beginning....

The sun shone through the small window of the room that Kaira shared with her other two siblings. It was a nice warm feeling on her face, it made her almost feel as if she could feel again. Kaira stared out the window, the small bleak window and hoped that today would be a good day, she hoped that for once she could have a break and start the day off could. "KAIRA GET OUT HERE!!" bellowed across the house, Great she thought, nothing ever goes my way anyway why would today be an exception? She started dressing herself and headed out to the living room.

As She rubbed her tired eyes and flinched at all the bright lights she could see her mother sweeping and yelling at her brother, giving him a lecture actually about how he never helps around the house blah blah blah, Mom does this every morning what's new? Kaira thought. Her mother locked eyes with hers "Kaira like I told your disgrace of a brother you need to start helping out cleaning the fucking house, I don't give two shits if you're working we all take our share around here and the least you can do is clean the house up a little bit" Kaira scanned the room, their house was not big at all and the room looked spotless, it was just another way for her mother to release the stress she has on her by using her kids as a scapegoat and lay out all her frustration on. "Yes mom, I'll be right on it, let me wash up and I'll clean the house before I go to work" she said nonchalantly. "Shut up and start on it already! and take your brother with you to work so the lazy fuck could find a job as well, we all to put bread on the table, my paychecks not gonna cut and the way that you guys eat is disgusting, you fucking pigs" Kaira and her brother never ate at home, Kaira nodded and went on to clean the house, when she was done she took her brother to Ole Chamirys and got them breakfast, of course her day would start off like this, all of her days started off like this, Her and her brother ate their breakfast and chatted away.
