The evening sun hovered above the trees as I made my way down the front steps of UA with Tenya Iida and Ochako Uraraka, it casted an orange glow on the school. I took in a deep breath and continued on. I loved this school. I loved my friends, and to make it better, All Might was one of our teachers! How cool is that? "Deku, you seem really happy today. What's up?" Ochako asked me. I still had a wide smile on my face and just looked at the ground. "Nothing, just happy to be here with you guys. I feel whole when I'm with you. And when I'm not, I don't know where I'm supposed to be."
"Well that's not depressing at all." she smiled and my stomach did a flip. Iida was silent and I turned to him. It still must be hard for him. His brother, Tensei Iida was killed by the Hero Killer Stain, and Iida had been so torn about it, even I felt the pain. Kids have been taking it easy on him, by that I mean following the class rules and all that fun stuff-even Bakugou. I put a hand on his shoulder reassuringly. Unspoken words drifted between us. He knew why I was doing it and he smiled down at me, the slightest hints of tears in his eyes.
"DAMN YOU KIRISHIMA!!!!!!!!" all three of us jumped as Bakugou's angry voice bellowed behind us. I spun around, and saw that he had Kirishima pinned up against the wall. I was confused. I don't think Kacchan was mad at him at all. Matter of fact- he wasn't. Bakugou was blushing, but still had the face of the devil. I hid a smile. Kirishima was grinning mischievously, laughing in defeat. "So is that a yes or a no? Will you?" the grin on his face grew even more as Bakugou made his face more devil-y. "FUCK YES!" he responded. What the hell is going on? I wondered, staring at them. Then I noticed someone walk out the door by himself. Then it dawned on me. Mashirao Ojiro! I still need to ask him about the test I missed!
I waved my hands to catch his attention and called him over. "What's up, Midoriya?" he asked, shifting slightly to his other foot. "I forgot to ask you about the test I missed Monday!" I answered, waving my hands in the air as if I was gonna die. He smiled awkwardly and put his hands up. "It's okay, I actually have the copy in my bag. One sec." Ojiro rustled inside of his bag and pulled out a sheet of paper. "Here you go. Aizawa~Sensei said for you to turn it in as soon as possible." I sighed with relief and gladly took the papers. "Thanks, Mashirao. You're a lifesaver!" I bowed politely to him and ran after Tenya and Ochako who were now way ahead of me.
***Time skip***
"Where the Hell is Maryland?" I spoke aloud, staring at the sheet in front of me. The question asked me: WHAT IS THE CAPITAL OF MARYLAND? Uh, what and why do we need to know the Capital of Mary-Land. I imagined a land full of women in British dresses named Mary. "It's like- on the other side of the world. Their capital is Annapolis. I heard that the Maryland blue crabs are to DIE for!" Ochako answered, drooling about crabs. I rolled my eyes and wrote- ANAPPORLIST. She looked over my shoulder and burst out laughing. "I said Annapolis not An-app-or-list! " she rolled on my couch cracking up. I shoved her playfully. "I WILL pinch you, see-'cause I'm a green crab." I pulled my head back and open and closed my hands like pincers. She laughed even more. "Ow! Deku, you're making my sides hurt!" I grinned at her and she grinned back. I reached for my bottle and sipped from it.
Denki Kaminari strutted into the room at that exact moment. He saw my bottle and put his hand out. "Dude can I have some of that water? I just finished sparring with Bakugou and I'm drained. If not sip, then waterfall? Please?" I stared at him. "It's not water." I said blankly. His face seemed to light up. "Vodka? Nice. Gimme some." He reached for it but I pulled away. "It's not Vodka either." Ochako held back one of her spitty laughs and Denki just stared at me still. "Then what is it? " he asked. I smirked up at him and took a big swig. "It's Vinegar."
Ochako couldn't hold it back anymore. She burst out into fits of laughter again. I grinned and held up the bottle. "I mean, if ya want some, feel free!" His face shadowed and he backed away. "No thanks, I'll go ask Todoroki." Oh yeah, Todoroki was in my room obsessing over my cats. I stood abruptly and stopped him. "Uh, Todoroki is busy right now, my mom has some water bottles in the fridge. Get some from there." Ochako, Denki, Bakugou (who was now glowering in the corner of the room), Tokoyami, Tenya Iida, Yuga Aoyama, Sero, Mezo (and all his tentacles), Mineta, Koji Koda (Yes-he was there), Ojiro (He's there too), Sato, and Kirishima, all squinted their eyes at me. Not to mention the girls-who looked like they were gonna explode. I felt completely vulnerable.
"What?" I asked, staring at all of their faces. Mina smirked and leaned in close to me. I gulped. This was NOT good. "Busy doing what exactly?" everyone was now staring intently at me. "He's swooning over my cat-" I began.
"You have a cat?! " they all gasped at once. "Well...cats. " I said, rubbing my foot on the carpet. Mina nearly burst. "WHERE. ARE. THEY." I took a step back. "Uh, Todoroki is with them at the moment...and they really like him...please don't-" she was already down the hallway. "Mina! Wait! I-" she opened the door to my room and I braced myself for what was going to come next. Her high pitched squeal pierced my ears like the way Bakugou pierces my soul with his eyes. "EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE " we all covered our poor eardrums as she did her fangirl attack. My poor kittens. She came running back, her arms outstretched and a huge smile on her face that was practically glowing. "Todokitty!" she said excitedly. That's when he stepped out of my room, and I saw the sweetest smile on his face. It made me so happy for some reason.

The two fluffballs were all over him! There was a yellow tabby and a white tabby. The yellow one we named Butterscotch (Butter for short) because of her color. And the white one (Todoroki's personal favorite) Winter. Winter had a birth defect where one eye was blue and the other green. But he was still Todoroki's little angel. Ochako had both hands to her face and smushed her cheeks to the point where I couldn't see her eyes anymore. "Deku, oh my gosh, you never told me you had kittens !"
