Larry - So Right or So Wrong

Start from the beginning

Louis quickly found the headmaster of the orphanage and told them he wanted to adopt Harry, they were skeptical at first because Louis was a single, gay male and he was young, but Louis was financially stable enough to care for the young boy so they didn’t question anymore. Over the next week Louis had signed the adoption papers and was waiting for the okay to come and take the small boy home, but he made sure to visit Harry everyday. He’d arrive at the orphanage when visiting hours started and stay until they practically drug him out, he’d brought a toy magazine and told Harry to circle the things he’d like to have one day. Unbeknownst to the small boy, Louis went straight out and bought each and everything Harry had circled and placed it in the bedroom Louis had set aside for his soon to be son. Louis had gone as far as buying a bigger flat for the two of them so when Harry came home, he could have his own bedroom and a playroom attached to it.

Thankfully two weeks later, Louis had been given the okay to bring Harry home. He drove excitedly to the orphanage and told Harry for the first time that he’d adopted him, but only if Harry wanted, and that he could take him home with him today. Luckily since Louis had visited the small child so often, they’d already formed a surprisingly tight bond and the small boy was over the moon with the news Louis had been keeping from him for the past 3 weeks. Harry ran up to his shared room in the orphanage, shoved his few clothes, and made sure to grab the stuffed elephant Louis had given him the first day he visited, all into his birth father’s old leather suitcase and ran down the stairs to meet Louis. Since then Harry’s adapted well he went to a private school and wore his little blue uniform like a good boy, received exceedingly good marks and even voluntarily joined the schools footie team.

The only thing that Louis seemed to find a bit off about the child was that whenever Harry would get scared, nervous or anxious he felt the need to stuff his little hands in Louis’ pockets. Now Louis didn’t know if this was something he’d always done, which he assumed it wasn’t because the nuns would’ve mentioned it and it seemed like he’d only started doing it after a year of living with Louis. Maybe it was because he was comfortable around Louis, even calling him dad or daddy sometimes, but maybe it could just be a safety blanket. Harry feeling safe when he could feel Louis’ leg but he never questioned Harry, just allowed the small child to stuff his little hands into his trousers from time to time.

"You alright now, peanut?" Just as Louis asked, a loud clap of thunder shook the house. Harry squealed, frantically searching for Louis’ pockets which he didn’t have because he was in a pair of sweats. The small boy panicked even more when he released his dads sweatpants didn’t have any pockets, he let out a sigh of relief and relaxed when he’d slipped his hands into Louis’ sweatpants.

"Safe." Harry sighed as he rested his head on Louis’ chest.

Louis nervously laughed because much to his displeasure, he was starting to get hard because he could feel the heat of Harry’s palms by his crotch. “How about you put your hands in dads shirt this time, yeah?” He offered as he tugged Harry’s hands from his pants and slipped them under his shirt.

Only to have them yanked out and stuffed back into his pants by a grumpy Harry. “No, here. Safe.” he muttered as he rubbed his face on Louis’ chest, almost like a kitten rubbing it’s face on things.

Louis sighed deeply, gripped Harry as he leaned over to shut the lamp off and laid down on the pillows, bringing the small boy with him. “No wiggling about tonight, we’ve got a big day tomorrow.” Louis pulled the duvet around both of them and shifted Harry onto the pillow next to him, all the while Harry kept his hands tucked in Louis’ sweatpants.

"What’s tomorrow dad?" Harry piped up quietly in the dark, Louis could see him lift his head up to try and look at Louis’ face.

"We’re going to the carnival, remember. Now go to sleep or we’re not going, peanut." Harry quickly obeyed, laying down next to his dad and squeezing his eyes shut, willing himself to sleep.
