The Build Up

(Y/n) POV
I was just hanging out with Shane and the gang and garret was there too as usual. I have always had a tiny crush on him but I have never thought of it to be much more than just that. We are always around each other and always end up being the last ones to leave places together.

*At Shane's house*
We were all sat on the couch together (me,Garrett,Shane,ryland,morgan,Cheeto and uno), watching Trish on YouTube. I was sat very close to Garrett under the blankets in the corner of the couch.
Shane: OMG!!QUEEN!!!*mouth pop*while standing Trish
The whole group was in laughter for a good few minuets
Ryland: Now don't you two be doing       anything under the blankets...
He said while the whole group turned towards us

They all have always shipped me and Garrett since the day we went to harry potter wizarding world together a few years ago, but we never took any time to think about it

Morgan: hey (y/n), could you just come to the kitchen and help me get some snacks
(Y/n): yeah sure

Morgan is the only person who knows about my little crush on garret

*the kitchen*
Morgan: So what's with you and garrett under the blankets
She questioned while subtly winking at me
(Y/n): tut. Nothing
But in my head I was wishing that it could be something more
Morgan: Well if that's what you say. I was gonna offer to help you get a moment alone with him but you don't seem to be as serious as I thought
(Y/n): Wait! How was you going to get us alone together without everyone getting suspicious
Morgan: Well I was going to suggest that we all have a photoshoot by the pool and ask if you and garret could go get some props and wigs together from upstairs
(Y/n): Aww. Please Morgan, it would be the best thing ever if you could do that for me 👼
Morgan: Okay. Don't get nervous and chicken out though
~Morgan grabbes some cheezits and throws some sour skittles to you
