mattia pov:
i wake up to see the most beautiful face next to me. i star at her for a while.
"it's rude to stare mattia" she says smiling with her eyes closed
"i never said i had manners" i say as she chuckles
she opens her eyes and kisses me.
we hear the door open we both look up at the door and it was one of her friends as she looked shocked
"avani?!?!" y/n says surprise and we get up with the sheets covering us
"y/n what are you doing???" avani says with a worried face
"i-i uh" y/n couldn't let out a full sentence
"i won't say anything but i need an explanation i'll wait down stairs" avani says while closing the door.
"omg what do i do" y/n looks at me
"tell her the truth" i say
"what is the truth mattia?" she asks
"what do you want the truth to be" i ask
"i like you mattia" she says looking into my eyes.
"i like you y/n" i say
"so what do i tell her" she asks me
"well we ain't friends or friends with benefits" i say
"talking?" she asks
"uh sure" i say smiling
she kisses me while i hold her in my arms. she then pulls away and gets dressed and walks out the door.
as he walks out i grab my phone and notice 10 messages from ale and kairi. i put my clothes on and wait for y/n to get back.

Y/n pov:
i walk down stairs to the kitchen and i see avani and madison talking. they look up at me and smile
"so the forbidden love hmm" avani says maddison chuckles
"look we are talking ok so if you guys could please just not tell anyone" i say
"look y/n we are happy for you but we just want to be careful and not get hurt like last time." avani says
"i know and thank you for worrying but i can handle myself" i say smiling
"so how is he? is he a monster under the sheets?" maddison asks
"madison?!?!?" i say with my eyes wide open.
"what?!?!" she says
"imma go check on him and find him a safe way out of this house" i say walking upstairs
"actually we'll handle it someone is wait long for you in your office" avani says.
"oh ok then tell him i said bye" i say to the girls as they nod
i walk to my office and i realize a familiar face.
"oh kevin how can i help you?" i say sitting at my chair
"y/n hello i actually came to tell you that we figured out a way to eliminate the italians" he says and i look up and see mattia staring at me and kevin.
"uhh that wasn't part of the plan kevin, the plan was to eliminate the americans" i say glancing at mattia in confusion.
"yes but if we don't eliminate the italians then they will retaliate after we kill the americans." once he says that mattia turns around and walks away i look at the girls and give them a look they nod.
"look kevin for right now let's just worry about the americans" i say as i smile at him
"what ever you say y/n" he says as he walks out and i lead him to the door.
once kevin leaves i walk up to my room and i see mattia with the girls.
"thank you girls can you give us a minute" i say as they nod and leave the room
"eliminate??" he says looking at me
"i have to mattia" i say
"no you just want revenge" he says
" if your dad was killed wouldn't you want to kill them too" i say looking at him, he just stands there
"mattia the parkers killed my dad and i know damn well they are trying to kill me" i say
he stands there looking at me
"you know i'm right" i say
"they plan on killing you during your shipment in a month" he says
"what?!?" i exclaim
"were you part of the plan?" i ask
"yes" he says while looking down
"mattia how can we make this work if we have plans to hurt each other" i say
"hey" he says lifting my face up to look at him
"you know i would never hurt you" he says
"you may not but they will" i say looking away
"i won't let them" he says grabbing my face to look at him
"mattia that's treason, and you know the mafia code is for treason" i say worried
"yea i know" he says looking down
"i won't let you" i say hugging him
"it's not up to you, it's my choice" he says pulling away
"No mattia, i already hurt you once i'm not letting other people hurt you because of me" i say with tears starting to form in my eyes
"hey.. no no no don't cry" he says looking at me
"mattia promise me that you won't do anything" i say
"but i-" he starts but i cut him off
"PROMISE me" i say with tears rolling down my eyes
"ok ok, i promise" he says
"thank you" i say while giving him a kiss
"y/n is this how it's always going to be?" he asks
"idk" i say looking away
" how about we make a promise between you and me" he says
"what is it?" i ask looking up at him
"no matter what happens between our mafia's we put each other first" he says smiling
"i promise you mattia polibio you will always come first" i say grabbing both his hands and he leans his head so our foreheads could touch.
"i promise you y/n valentino you will always come first" he says smiling
we stay in this position for what seems like forever but not long enough as he pulls away and tells me
"i gotta go love." he says
"ok" i say while giving him a quick peck
