I originally started this story in 2015. The original version is available on my profile.
I have decided to revisit it & continue it. My aim is to keep this story as true to the style of TNT's "Rizzoli and Isles" as possible in respect of the characters personalities and plot, I hope it will be considered new "Rizzoli and Isles" content rather than just your average fan-fiction story.
I have rewritten the first two chapters to add more depth to the story, and to more accurately reflect who the characters are, and I am very excited to continue to write this story for all the other Rizzoli and Isles fans out there who miss the show.
I could see/hear the characters enact my scenes as I wrote them, and I hope that readers will be able to imagine them too.
This story takes place immediately after Jane Rizzoli's miscarriage. It is told from the perspective of Maura's younger sister.
