c u t e • Season two Byler !! A little before Halloween
Dustin, Lucas, Mike and Will were having a sleepover and it was time for bed. It was late and Dustin and Lucas had all ready been fast asleep and Mike noticed Will was gone. Mike got up and saw him hugging his knees on the couch. "Will?" He asked softly. Will sniffled, wiped his eyes and turned around to see Mike. "You okay?" Mike asked. Will nodded. "Can I-" Will nodded and Mike sat by him. "What's wrong? Did you have another episode?" Mike asked. Will nodded, "Yes, but this time worse than before. I hate this Mike!" Will said choking on sobs, "I want it to be done.." Will said as a tear fell down his face. Mike wiped it away softly and pulled him into a sweet hug. "It's gonna be done, okay?" He said. Will cried a little and Mike had one arm around his waist and the other holding his head. They pulled apart, "Well, it's 10:03 so I should be heading back." Mike said about to get up. "Wait! Can you stay?" Will asked.
Mike nodded and smiled sweetly. "Of course." Mike whispered. He layed himself down on the sofa. "Mike?" "Hmm?" "Can....um..maybe? Can we maybe, uh..I dunno, we don't have to but maybe like, cuddle?" Will asked. Mike just stared at him for a moment and will instantly regretted what he said, "Of course." Mike said. Will rested his head on Mike's chest and Mike put a blanket over them. Mike started to play with Will's hair. "Is this okay?" Mike asked, asking if it's okay to play with his hair. "Yeah" Will said. "Okay.." Mike said smiling a little. "Lights off?" Mike asked. "Uh, yeah." "Okay" "Mike-" "yes?"
"thank you. for making me feel, uh. better. safe you know?" "Oh, yeah no problem." Mike said he moved Will's hair a bit to see his forehead and gave him a soft kiss. Will blushed, Mike reached for the lamp. "I love you Mike." Mike's eyes widened. He gently turned off the lights. Will was asleep. What did he mean? Mike held him close and they slept peacefully.
