After searching my entire office room one last time, I decided to call on my phone.

So that's what I did.

One ring...two rings...three rings...

"Hello?"

That's it. That's the one. Her voice echoed in my head making me smile.

"Hi, I think I left my phone in your car by mistake. Is there a way we could meet up? I'm pretty paralized without my phone..." I trailed off by the end realising what a stupid joke it was.

"Um, yeah of course, I think we can meet tomorrow at 5:00 at where I dropped you today? I can just give you your phone" She said.

No no no, that's it? No I need to meet her properly, to get to know her more!

"I have a meeting tomorrow and I don't think I will be free by five, how about 8:00 at Cora's Coffee? I can buy you a coffee!"

There was no reply for a while, which increased my heart rate to ten times.

"Fine. Coffee at 8:00. Don't be late" She said with a firm tone.

Before I could say anything she hung up.

***The Next Day***

My meeting gets over at 7:00 and I rush to Cora's. Its an hour drive from this place and I don't want to be late. At all.

I reach at 7:45 and look at myself in the mirror. I look tired, my hair is in all directions. I can't go in like this. So I did what I could do t look atleast a bit mre appealing.

I go in and sit on the table-for-two near the window. I don't have to wait for long to see her car park in the slot right next to mine. When she gets out of her car, I smile.

She is wearing a blue tank top and some long pants. Her long hair is left open and they are perfect. She stands next to her car for a while speaking into her phone.

Once she's done she comes in and sits in front of me.

"Hi, I'm Ricky. Nice to meet you" I say, offering my hand for a shake. She quickly returns my gesture and smiles.

"Andrea, same here". She smiles.

Damn, her smile is beautiful.

The waiter interrupts us and asks, "What would you like to have?"

"A hot chocolate and a coffee please" Andrea sweetly answers for herself and me.

"No coffee?" I ask her

"Not even by mistake. I don't really like coffee." She says.

Okay, no coffee, that sounds difficult.

As if reading my mind, she says,"I don't remember the last time I had coffee, and since I don't drink it at all, it works great with me."

I smile and try to drop the topic there. We talk for another 20-25 minutes and I get to know her better and so does she.

I haven't yet told her about the million dollars I have in my bank account or about how famous I am in the business world, mostly because I would be dissapointed to know if she is just another girl greedy for my money and fame.

Finally I get my phone back and we leave the cafe.

"I had a nice time today, hope to see you again" she said. I just smiled. I was too busy in my thoughts to process what she just said.

"Good bye" I finally say.

"Bye" she chirpes with a beautiful smile.

Once I reach home I head straight to my room and shut the door. I had a great day.

Andrea.
Andrea Kollins.
A girl that had taken over my heart within two days. She doesn't even know who I am, but she still told me a lot about herself.
She is the daughter of some businesswoman. But her mom was always so busy with her work that she never gave time for her daughter. She wanted to be rich, famous and wanted to prove herself, and in that race she completely neglected her daughter. Andrea doesn't know anything about her father - who is he, what is he, why did he leave them- nothing. So Andrea was taken care of by her grandmother and uncle. She hates her mom, this is what I could make out from the way she spoke about her, like she tasted something bitter.

But I think I need to top thinking about her, becasue I dont think there is any chance of me ever meeting her again.

I sighed to myself.

Life is pretty wierd. Difficult even. Sometimes we have everything yet nothing, and sometimes just the small things that we have make our world happy and beautiful.

I dont know what I would be if my dad wasn't a businessman. Whatever I am today is all thanks to my parents.  This is what I say in my speeches in front of huge audiences. But thats not true. Yes, they have shaped me to who I am today, but I have taken the efforts too. Its not easy to be the heir of such a huge businessman. One mistake and the media crushes your reputation. The reputation you have strived to attain. Its sometimes depressing how fake this world can be. Something on the inside, and something on the outside.

With these thoughts clouded in my brain, I move to the mini bar in by room and grab a bottle of vodka. I start drinking and thats the last thing remember doing for the night.
