New beginnings

I don't own My hero Academia, otherwise I'd be rich enough to try and make a real life Bakugou in a lab :D

Sun cast through the window, lighting up the room with its warm glow, my eyes begrudgingly welcomed the the light as they fluttered open.
"Ugh ..." I groaned rubbing my tangerine eyes, slowly drawing my thoughts together through the haze. A grin suddenly stretched across my face as I realised what today was .
It was my first day of school !
I glanced at the clock on my white dresser, it read 7:45am. I blinked once more before cursing loudly "Ah crap I'm going to be late !" .
I ran out of my house with a piece of toast hanging out of my mouth, my sunny blonde hair blowing past me as I ran towards the train station.

Still groggy from waking up, I curse jetlag, my body clock just hasn't adjusted to the actual time here in Japan, I just got here from Australia ! My home country, I must admit, I got here a week ago and haven't adjusted to the time difference yet, but it's so amazing here, it's almost surreal to be here Japan! I feel like I've moved 50 years in the future, everything is so amazing and new! Though someone needs to turn the heat up, cause its so cold ! I shivered slightly warming myself with my quirk, my hands slightly glowing yellow. "That's better" I sigh in relief.

I finally made it to the station with a few minutes to spare, and can barely contain my excitement as I cheer loudly, whilst punching my fist in the air "all right !" I'm going to be on time for my first day at UA high ! I got in on the the international student program, I've worked so hard to get here, I reminisced thinking of all the early mornings I was up jogging, going to the gym, learning mixed martial arts along side some seriously buff guys.....

Walking past a window, I saw my reflection, I stared at myself, still not used to seeing myself look like this. My body has really changed, and I must say I'm pretty proud, I checked out my reflection, as it revealed two long toned and tan legs, toned arms,  a firm hour glass figure, with large bust, long sunny blonde Hair In two low pigtails, wide sunset coloured eyes, and soft face, I smirked at myself as I checked myself out, blushing slightly I look away.

I don't mean to sound egotistical or anything, but I was happy with the results of hard work, you see... I was on the "plump " side as a kid and most of my life, I was the chubby girl, the " great personality " girl, and I hated it, I was naturally, bully target no.1.

So, with the help of my friends, they helped me in the beginning, encouraging me, running behind me with a megaphone, yelling at me to keep going, they always thought of new ways to make me move, including taking my snacks and making me run for them, eventually I had enough courage to work out by myself and jog alone, it wasn't easy, but now I'm happy and feel way better about myself. Smiling I looked at my reflection one more time

My train of thought got disturbed as the train pulled up beside me, screeching to a stop. I step onto the crowded train thinking of my new adventure.

I wonder if everyone is nice ? I hope my Japanese is ok, I don't wanna sound stupid!

My mind started to swirl with thoughts of embarassing myself my eyes at this point are just spirals, as I sway whilst in deep thought.
NO!
I snapped myself out of my spiralling , just in time to notice it's my stop.

I stood in front of the massive building of UA in awe before tucking a lock of my long hair behind my ear, taking a huge breath and stepping forward into my future.
After ten minutes of wandering whilst looking at my paper map to locate my classroom, I finally found the door marked '1A' I sweat dropped at the size of the door, it was three times bigger than a normal door " who needs this size door ??" I mumbled to myself in English.
I slid the door open to reveal some very interesting and colourful looking people.

There was a stern looking guy, with steel blue hair and glasses, who looked slightly robotic.

A boy with moss coloured hair looked like a deer in headlights, as he was was talking to a guy.

Scratch that... not just any guy, the cutest guy I've ever seen in my life. He had messy light blond hair, he had a scowl on his handsome face, an over confident position as he rested his legs over his desk, as his ruby glare directed at the greenette as if to kill. Hot damn, Japan represent !
I finally tear my eyes away from the boy and step fully into the room, with a small wave and a nervous smile ' be cool,be cool, be co-' my train of thought as the blue haired boy walked straight up to me and bowed, I stood there stunned, blinking widely, not used to this kind of custom .

" I'm Tenya Iida, I look forward to working together " he said curly,  as he straightened up and looked directly through my eyes and into my soul, who is this intense ?!.

I gave a feeble wave and an unsure smile, he seemed nice enough " I'm Amaterasu Hikari, please just call me Hikari " I chirped giving a closed eye smile, recieving cieving a small smile from Iida in return.
" Nice to meet you Hikari- Chan!" A pink girl came bounding up and slapped my back in greeting, with a wild grin " I'm Mina, nice to meet you ! Hey, hey you talk a little funny, are you foreign ?"  She asked, way too close to my face, my face flushed and I backed up a little bumping into the blond boys desk with my butt.

" sorry !"

I sqeaked, he glared at me, so I tried to take the tention away. "My name is Hikari, nice to meet you, what's your name ?" I asked meekly.

"Tsk, watch where you going ya damn extra! Name's Bakugou and I'll be number on- "

"Who the hell you callin' an extra, ya' damn echidna ?"

I snapped back, feeling all my Aussie blood rise to my chest, boiling.
He stood up from his chair in a snap.

" Oi what'd you say short stack " a stream of electricity connected between us as we glared at each other whilst growling.
Oh he a dead man, I was about to retaliate when I got cut off by the door opening revealing a talking caterpillar?
' oh man, Japan is trippy '
I thought before the caterpillar gave us a lazy glare.

" If you're here to make friends, then leave...Hmm it took eight seconds for you all to be quiet, that's too long.This is the hero course, there isn't time to make friends, now grab your gym gear and meet me outside. It's time for your first exam "

I straightened up and looked at BAKAGOU, as we made eye contact again, I turned my head, nose pointed in the air and huffed. Jerk.
"Tch" he walked past me, knocking my arm as he passed me.
