"FUCK" I yelled and got up I was late for work I quickly got ready amd left my apartment.
"Late again Angel what the hell is wrong with you lately?" Jack said when I came in he is one of my best friends and he is gay we both work at Starbucks."Sorry I was busy beca-"yo stayed up late walking on the pier"he cut me off"you know me so well ohh I almost got kidnapped"i said"you what!"he yell and startled me ""I'm just kidding calm down you scared me"i said calmly he knows I dont do well with loud noises "sorry but for real you need to stay safe if you gonna do this and get up EARLY"he said makeing the last part louder "ok damn"i chuckled.
After work
When I got home I got a text my good friend David.

D:you wanna come to a party?
A:NO you know I have anxiety!
D:Come on it's not even gonna be in a house its gonna be on the beach.
A-still I gonna have a panic attack!
D-no you won't you can stay with me ok?
A-what ever fuck you I will come
D-yay met me at the beach at 1AM ok
