(This is a high school Au)(when she gets dressed its the clothes pictured above but adding fishnet tights)
KALIA'S POV
''KALIA IT'S TIME TO GET UP!" my mother yells up the stairs.
"Alright!" I yell back. I get out of my bed and sit at my vanity. I brush my hair and do my makeup. I get dressed. I make sure I have my backpack and suitcase ready, As I get to the bottom of the stairs,
"Kali, you look like a vampire." mom sighs.
"Just drive me to school mom," I say as I flip my pink bangs out of my eyes
I put my headphones on and play my favourite playlist as I got in the car. Of course, mom is taking forever, so I'm almost late for my first day at Lake Lilac High School. when I got there I went to the main office like I was instructed to. I pull my headphones off as I see the principal standing with a boy, this kid is tall scrawny his hair is a brownish-red colour but his eyes were the most interesting part to me, they were a golden yellow colour.
The principal noticed me,
" You must be Kalia Prescott."
" Yeah, I am."
"I'm Miss Priss, your principal and garden mother to troop #789 of the Flower Scouts. This is Edward Pikeman, he's going to show you around."
I nod because I want to get out of this office. This boy and I leave the office,
"May I see your schedule, Kalia?" Pikeman asked. I hand him my schedule.
" We have the same homeroom and... we share a dorm room?"
"WHAT?" I question as he takes his schedule out of his pocket to show me the dorm room number is the same. I roll my eyes,
"We might as well go there so I can drop my stuff off." I groaned. he nods and we walk to our dorm, he opens the door and he's already claimed his side of the room so I throw my suitcase on my bed and take my fluffy blanket out and I wrap it around me.
" Ok, let's go."
" Don't you want to put your stuff away?"
"Nah, I'll do it later," I say, he smiles at me. He grabs my hand and we walk back to the hall with classrooms. I immediately start blushing.
He stops in front of a classroom,
"This is our homeroom. Our first-class, every day is in this room." He turns to see me, blushing.
"Kalia, are you ok?"
"Huh..." my eyes widen as I look at him.
"Kalia you're blushing, are you feeling ok?" He asks.
"Yeah, I'm all good." I smile, my cheeks still bright pink "also you can call me Kali if you want."
"Ok, Kali. Most people here call me Pikeman, but you can give me any nickname you want as long as it's got nothing to do with my acne, buck teeth or braces."
"Ok...." I think for a minute, "How about I just call you Eddy." I smile.
" That's fine with me." Eddy shrugs. "Since it's Sunday there are no classes today but I'll wake you up in the morning and we can go to homeroom together."
I nod and yawn.
"Kali are you tired?" He asks. I nod. I lean on the wall,
" Kali can you walk back to the room with me or do you want me to carry you?"
" Carry me?"
Eddy lets me climb on his back, then walks back to our dorm. When we got there I climbed down and curled up on my bed, not moving my stuff and I fell asleep.
Pikeman's POV
Kali was yawning, so I asked her
"Kali are you tired?"
She nods and leans on the wall.
"Kali can you walk back to the room with me or do you want me to carry you?"
The only thing I hear her say is,
"Carry me?"
Damn, she's cute... I carry her on my back to the dorm room, as I let her down she just curled up on her bed and fell asleep. She didn't even take her makeup off, I noticed her makeup remover wipes in the side pocket of her backpack, I grabbed one and wiped her makeup off for her since it was like 8:30 pm she's probably just not gonna get up again till morning.
Kalia's POV
" Kali, its time to get up," Eddy says quietly as he shakes my shoulder. I groan and try to swat him away. I sit up and notice my makeup has been removed.
"Eddy?" he looks at me " did you take my makeup off?" my cheeks turned pink.
" Yeah. I did." I look down smiling as he said that.
"Kali? Do you like me more than a friend?"
" I uh..I... yes." He snapped his gaze to me.
"Really?"
"Well yeah, Eddy."
"Kali you've only known me for less than a day."
"So?" I smile, "I'm a hopeless romantic." He starts blushing,
"Kali I don't know why you wear such heavy makeup, cuz you're pretty without it." He smiles "Do you want coffee?"
"Yes please." He walked out "three creams and sugars!" I yell out the door.
"Got it, Kali!" As I get dressed I contemplate telling him which camp my brother Judd joined when he went here, Eddy comes back with two coffees.
"Hey, Kali I was thinking about something. Your last name sounds familiar."
"So?"
"Do you have any siblings and did they go to any of the camps on Lake Lilac?
" yeah my sister Ashlynn was a flower scout and my brother was a Woodscout he's going to be a councillor this year."
"Are you talking about Judd Prescott?"
"That's my brother and best friend."
"As you probably know by now everyone chooses the camp they want to go to this summer at the end of the year, I am a Woodscout."
"Well I want to join the Woodscouts but I know about the no girl rule but my brother is trying to get an exception made for me." I look down "but my mom and sister want me to join the flower scouts, they want me to be some preppy cheerleader like Ashlynn but I like my brother and I's style." My hand starts to shake, he takes my cup away from me and holds my hands. I smile at him and hug him. suddenly there was a knock on our door I look up to see,
"JUDD!!" I run-up to my brother, he lifts me off the ground as he hugs me
"Hey, little sister," Judd says as Pikeman awkwardly sits on the floor. Judd must've noticed Eddy,
" Kali why is there a boy in your room?" Judd asked,
"He's my roommate why are you here, bro?"
"You've been accepted to join the Woodscouts." I get excited and Eddy hugs me
" Kali that's awesome!" Eddy says happily to me.
" I say after school the three of us go get pizza or something," Judd says
" That sounds fun big brother," I say to my brother. I look at Eddy " So are you gonna come with us, Eddy?"
"Sure. why not? Kali if we don't hurry we'll be late."
" Oh yeah! Later Judd" I say as I hug my brother,
" see ya, baby sister," he says as Eddy and I run to class.
