Killian's POV

I am layed down on soft surface. A bed? A couch? I don't want to open my eyes. It smells like Emma. I must be in her apartment. I force my eyes open. Instead of seeing my Swan, I am greeted with her father's tired looking face.

He walks away and is replaced by Henry. "Hello young lad," I force out, trying to sound as normal as possible. He sits in a wood chair next to the couch I'm laying on. His eyes stay glued to the floor. "What's the matter?"

"I'm scared," is all he whispers.

"It's okay to be scared, lad. I'm scared myself."

A chill runs through my body. I try to stop from shaking but I can't hold it back. The cold moves from my chest and spreads throughout my body, rattling my bones. Each time, it gets worse. Each time, more of my hair turns white. Each time, there is less of a chance for Emma to be able to save me.

"Killian, are you okay?" He gasps.

"I'm fine. Just a little cold. Why don't you talk to me about something?"

He silently ponders for a moment before saying, "Did you know my mom talks about you all the time?"

"Does she?" I whisper.

My eyelids start to get heavy.

"Yeah. All the time. She really loves you."

It's hard to breathe now. My eyelids open and close until I can't open them anymore. I don't feel cold anymore. Just tired. Exhausted.

"No! Killian stay awake! I don't want to lose you too..." Henry says just before I lose consciousness.
