Silence
I sat in the front seat of my mothers car with my head pressed against the window. Watching every road sign that passed us in each direction.
"Your are now leaving evanstowne, please come again"
I read the words in my head while trying to fight back the tears of leaving my friends, my life and my house behind.
I slide down in my seat and press play on my phone

3 hours later I wake up the the sound of the car coming to a stop. I sit up and take my headphones off from my ears as i pear out the window At the 2 story white bricked house
"well this is it" my mother says while opening the door of the car and rushing over to the front door. I opened the car door and shut it as I stood there staring at my new home
"well it's something" I say as I walk over to my mom
"Oh gene I think your going to love it" my mother reply's with a smile on her face
She opens the door and i proceed to walk in the smell of fresh paint filled the air. I walked through the downstairs and then I proceeded to walk up the stairs.
I open the first door to the left pink paint filled the walls of the master bedroom.
I then open the door on the right, this time blue wallpaper filled the walls with white moldings on the floor boards, My room.
I put down the box I was carrying and layed in the middle of my rooms floor
"Well this is it" I muttered
