It all started with a group of scientists. An entire building full of them. Their mission was to find a way to make a human robot. a synthetic being that had feelings, and human bodily functions. That couldn't die unless deactivated, self destructed or murdered. It was thought to be impossible. Some of the scientist went insane. They went for 10 years with no luck, Then the war started. The government was desperate for it to work, so they locked the 40 scientists in a building and made a scientist slave camp. They weren't allowed to eat until they got the days work done. They had a scheduled life. One day, It finally happened. One of the scientists was doing an experiment with the body of a 40 year old man that donated his body to science. She took out his skeletal system, replaced it with a robotic skeleton that had a self destruct, and an off switch (in case of emergencies). She took his skin off. She chemically enhanced the skin so it would still be human skin, but it was indestructible to human made items. once the body was put together again, she turned on the switch. She was amazed to be the first one to see the first synthetic life form in the universe, made by her own hands. He was named 001. The rest of the scientists were thrilled. They thought that they got to go home. Instead, them and 300 randomly selected young civilians were taken to an isolated facility, and harvested all on the same day by government doctors. October 18th, 1990, was then known, as Harvest Day.
