Selflessly Destroyed

Moon was my sunshine in the dark, it was where my crying moments starts

Sitting on the roof just to see sparks, of the stars that are carrying arts

I have been very busy trying my very hard to reach all my marks

That I didn't know it is breaking my emotionally stable lark

Living in a world full of expectations, had created me to be a different version

Standards that keeps me from imaginations, once made me do bad decisions

Making me feel the pain of declination

I never thought this hurts so bad, that it gives way to depression and discrimination

My mind was so blank, I cannot think clearly

My heart is starting to sank, that all I want to do is to have an uncalled break, weakly

I cried and cried until there's no more left in my eyes

And as I give my fake smiles, I hoped one day, my pain will melt like an ice

I never thought dreaming was so bad, but then life is full of miseries

Encouraging me to end the dream I once had, I was never a light to anyone's mysteries

And it is too much for my young heart to be so hurt and sad

So I ended my life, with a painful smile, like one in the stories I had
