The band continues to play. I just sat there feeling my heart beats the same rhythm as the drums. Through the rowdy crowd, I saw him. Standing there looking straight at me. My heart lost it's rhythm as it skips a beat.Then he smiled. A smile that's etched in my memory. I could never forget. What is this? Why is my heart doing this erratic thumping?
