Vanessa's POV:
Today was the day. It was the day that I've been dreaming of my whole life, it was the day that I would finally be marrying Reece. I take in a deep breath and look at your reflection in the long mirror. A knock is heard at the door and Tom walks in. Tom was walking me down the aisle as he's been like a dad figure to me.
"You ready," he asks.
"As ready as I'll ever be," I say nervously. He grabs my arm and drags me out of the room to the stairs standing between me and my future husband. He gives me an encouraging smile and we walk down the stairs.
"C'mon it's the first door on the left," he says and we walk towards the door. As we reach the door, I take a deep breath. This is it, it's finally time.
He opens the door and we walk through together as the music, Just The Way You Are, starts playing. We chose Just The Way You Are because we met when Stereo Kicks were performing that on The X Factor.
Everyone's heads turn towards us and the nerves get worse. What if I mess up? If I trip down the aisle the boys, especially Casey, are never going to let me live it down.
We start walking down the aisle and Reece comes into view. (A/N: You can imagine that Reece was at the end of the aisle looking like the picture on the side.)
Lucky enough I don't trip, thank god for that. We reach the end of the aisle and Tom let's go of my arm and he walks to his seat.
Slowly, I walk to Reece, turn to face him and look at him. In the corner of my eye, I see Charlie, Casey, James, Jake, Barclay and Chris (who Reece decided to be his best men) in the front row. Tom was also sitting next to them giving me an encouraging smile. On the next row, I see my best friends Sam (Charlie's girl friend), Lottie (Tom's girl friend), Kimberly (Jake's girl friend), Isabelle (Casey's girl friend) and Libby (Barclay's girl friend). Reece&I's friends and family are also here.
"Dearly beloved," the priest starts, "we are gathered here today to celebrate the wedding of Reece Bibby and Vanessa Woods (a/n I'm so sorry Vanessa, I didn't know your last name so I just made it up). Before we start, is there anyone who has a reason why these two cannot marry?"
"If there is anyone I'll kick their butts," Casey threatens.
"Casey shut up," Reece says.
"It took you two long enough to get married, if anyone interrupts this I'll kick their butt," Casey says acting like he's tough when he's really not.
"Anyway," the priest continues, "I'll be taking that as a no so let's proceed with the ceremony."
The ceremony continues and all too soon, the priest says, "now let's exchange the rings."
Charlie gets up, gives us our rings then sits back down.
"I, Reece Bibby, take thee Vanessa Woods as my lawful wedded wife to love and to hold, in sickness and in health until death," Reece says and puts the ring on my finger.
"I, Vanessa Woods, take thee Reece Bibby as my lawful wedded husband to love and to hold, in sickness and in health until death," I say and put the ring on his finger.
"I am pleased to say that Reece and Vanessa are now officially married, you may now kiss the bride," the priest says and Reece smashes his lips onto mine.
The after party...
"Congratulations Mr and Mrs Bibbeh," Chris, James, Barclay and Jake say as they walk up to hug us.
Sam and Charlie walk up to us, hug us and say, "we're really happy for you Bibby's."
"Bibby you better treat Mrs Bibby good," Lottie threatens as she walks up to us with Tom.
"Or you have us to deal with," Sam, Lottie, Isabelle, Kimberly and Libby say simultaneously and I laugh.
"Don't worry I would never hurt Mrs Bibbeh," Reece says and pecks me on the cheek.
"Oi Bibbeh family," Casey shouts and runs up to us, even though we're in a hall filled with people.
"Yes Case," Reece says.
"This is from all of us," Casey says and hands us a package. I think I already have a feeling what this is.
We open the package together to reveal, yes you guessed it, "protection".
"The girls said that they don't want any little ones running around just yet and the boys don't want to be uncles just yet," Casey explains. I laugh as we all share a group hug. I love my weird family and my amazing husband.
