Chapter 1

Kai's POV

Rain rolled down my window, I snuggled under my covers and I went onto my blog. I have a lot of followers for my aesthetic pictures and inspiring posts. I'm also famous because of my parents. They own the biggest company in Seoul. They've done a lot of business deals with other companies, they're still the top company.

I started to read some of the comments on my blog posts:

"I love you, Kai! You've made me feel so much better."

"Thank you for making my day"

"Thank you for these blogs, they've helped me through some rough times."

I loved seeing what my followers had to say. I always try making them happy by posting funny stories, but sometimes I'd talk about my depression. Yeah, I have depression. I've had it for a few years, my grandmother passed away a few years ago. She was my best friend, I could talk to her about anything. I have my parents, yeah, but they're not home all the time, and we weren't that close.

Whenever I'm upset I blog, about anything in fact. Someone can give me a topic and I can say a million things about it. Someone once gave me a topic about what pet I wanted to have. I want a dog but said other animals too because animals are cute. All my followers love my blog. I turned my phone off and put it down on my table, and I went to sleep. My phone buzzed early in the morning and I woke up and looked at it. It was just a bunch of notifications from his blog.

Getting up and getting ready for school my phone buzzed and looking at the notification, seeing a text that my friend Jimin is here to pick me up. I fling my backpack over my shoulder and walk out to Jimins car.

"Hey Kai, ready for the test today?" Jimin asked pulling out of my driveway and heading to school.

"Aish, I forgot we had a test, turn around a drop me off" I joked.

Jimin chuckled and turned the last corner before the school. Jimin pulled into a parking spot, which they spent forever looking for, their school was big and had a lot of students. We both got out and headed over to Jimins friends, who were my acquaintances. I don't talk to a lot of people, I don't really have any friends. I only have Jimin.

"Hey, guys!" Jimin exclaimed walking towards their group.

I walked away from the group and went to my class. I sat in the back where I always sit and pulled my laptop out. Soon students filled the room. I groaned and sunk down in my seat as the loud voices filled the classroom. The loud talking lasted for a few minutes before the professor walked in. I sighed in relief and sat up in my seat, waiting for the lecture to start.

After a few hours of an interesting and loud lecture, it was lunch. I walked into the loud, crowded lunchroom. I walked over to Jimin and his group of friends. I sat down and one of the boys said something.

"Hey, Kai checks this out," Yoongi said showing me his phone.

I looked at his phone, and it was a comment on one of my blogs:

"Hey, Kai, I just wanted to say, and I know you'll most likely not see this. But I just wanted to let you know that your blog posts have changed my life."

Yoongi pulled his phone back to him, and I pulled out my phone and went to go look at this comment. I scrolled through my recent post for about 5-7 minutes before I found the comment. I liked the comment, and replied to it:

"Hello, thank you for being a follower, I'm glad I could help change your life. If you ever want to talk about something you can dm me."

I put my phone away and went back to eating Kimchi. The group's conversation continued, and soon enough, it was time to go to my 2nd class today. I grabbed my stuff and walked slowly, dreading taking this class. I love the subject, and I love the teacher, it's just the students. They were all so loud all the time, they never did any work, and it was very distracting.

I waited for the teacher to walk in to stop all this madness, but we have a substitute for this class. Ugh, I forgot he wasn't gonna be here today. This class is my creative writing class, It's my favorite class. I put my headphones in and ignore the class. I got to work on my assignments. I could still hear the class perfectly fine, my headphones were all the way up and I could still hear them.

Brriinnngggg

The bell rang and students flooded out of the class. I was the last student out of the class. I put my stuff away and walked out. I went out to the parking lot and towards Jimin's car.

"There you are! I was looking everywhere for you!" Jimin exclaimed getting into his car

"Sorry, I was putting my stuff away," I said looking at the scenery fly by the car window.

Jimin turned on our favorite band and we started singing along to the music. After a few minutes of fun and singing, Jimin pulled up to my house. I got out and closed the car door. Jimin rolled down his window and shouted at me walking up to my driveway.

"I'll be picking you up earlier tomorrow!" He shouted

I nodded and unlocked my house door, then heading inside. I walked up the gigantic set of stairs and into my room. I set my backpack down and pulled out my laptop. I typed in my password and opened my work. I start writing a book and my phone buzzed. I looked at it and see that the unknown person messaged me.

"Hey Kai, I've had a lot of fun reading your blogs, and following you, you've helped me through some things I don't like talking about"

I smiled at the message and put my phone away going back to my work.
