"Damn girl! were you and Cesar fucking all night! celebrating Valentine's Day early" Jordan said walking up to Ellie with Debbie behind him
"No jackass...were not talking right now" Ellie said rolling her eyes
"How come?" Debbie asked shocked
"It's a long story I don't want to get into but I haven't been sleeping much" Ellie said rolling her eyes, these past couple days have been rough for Ellie since she started training she hasn't been able to take some time for herself with trying to keep up with her school work, and trying to help out the gang whenever she can
"So the dance is tonight are you going?" Jordan asked the girls as Ellie nodded her head
"I wish I could but I've been getting so tired lately I just want to stay in" Debbie said as Ellie and Jordan nodded their head understanding
"Do you even have a date?" Ellie asked looking at Jordan
"Ellie I am flattered but the answer is yes" Jorden said holding a hand over his heart
"I wasn't asking you asshole I just wanted to make sure I didn't have to give you a pity dance like last year" Ellie said laughing with Debbie
"Fuck you!" Jorden said
The group walked down the hall towards their classroom as everyone looked at Ellie, ever since she came back to school and she hasn't been seen around the fam all everyone does is talk about her and try to start drama. She heard through the grape vine (Monse) that Cesar has been staying with Jamal, Ellie's glad he's staying with someone they all know and not at the shelter. Tomorrow's the Valentine's Day dance and Ellie still doesn't have anything to wear.
"Do you guys wanna skip? I'm so tired of everyone staring at me and I could really use a day off of school right now" Ellie said looking around
"Yeah I'm down" Jordan said putting his stuff in his bag
"I can't, if I want to prove to Fiona I can keep this baby and still go to school I have to stay in school but have fun" Debbie said waving at the pair as they left
Ellie got in the passenger seat as Jordan headed towards the mall because he still needed to find shoes, once they found a spot they grabbed their stuff and headed inside. First they started looking for Jordan's shoes because Ellie needed to find a entire outfit which would take longer. As Jordan model some of the shoes Ellie took pictures sending them to Debbie to get her approval. Once he paid for the shoes he like they started looking for Ellie's dress
"So where you gonna tell me what's really going on between you and Cesar?" Jordan asked watching Ellie look through some clothing racks
"When I find out what's happening myself, he's giving me the cold shoulder right now" Ellie said grabbing a dress showing Jordan as he shock his head
