Chapter 1

Before i begin with the story there will be some extreme sexual scenes and violence in this book just want anyone who reads this to be prepared. Princess Azura at the top.

Odessa's POV

Henry and I were gazing down on to our beautiful daughter as she cooed in her bed. All of the people from our kingdom and lands that surrounded us had brought gifts for the newborn princess.

A courier came in the room and respectfully handed Henry the sealed letter. Henry looked at the seal and took in a breath of reluctance. He slowly peeled the seal back and opened the letter. His eyes fluttered over the letter taking in the contents. "The letter is from King Lucius he is offering his son Xander's hand to our precious Azura." His face held a look of worry. "I thought these would come later in her life not barely a week after she has entered this world!" He blows out an exasperated breath and rubs a hand down his face. I make my way towards him and rub my hands over his shoulders "And we will be expecting many more from the other kingdoms, but this just gives us the chance to pick the best one for her." Henry turned towards me with a tired smile spread across his face. "Thank you for keeping my head on straight." He then kissed my forehead and left the room. I made my way back over to Azura's crib and kissed her gently as her sleep filled eyes closed. I left the room blowing out the candles.

17 Years Later

Azura's POV

The sun beaming through the curtains pried my eyes open. As i got out of the bed i stretched and rubbed my eyes. My mind disagreed with my body wanting more sleep but my body was restless. Adda was already fixing a bath for me. She turned around startled as i came closer. "Princess! You startled me. I was about to wake you but you seem to have beat me to that."  I gave her a smile "Sorry about that Adda, do you know what my mom has planned for the day?" she shook her head "No dear I have not a clue but she is in the gardens if you would like me to let her know you are looking for her?" thinking for a second i replied with a yes and then she was off like the wind. I removed my robes and watched as the silk pooled at my feet, stepping into the surprisingly still hot water my muscles relaxed as i sunk into the tub. I begin to wash myself from my neck down my shoulders and across my sensitive breasts. I washed my lower body then I relaxed in the water usually not wanting to get out until the water starts to go cold. Glancing down at my body my knees were slightly parted and my nipples were stone hard and peaking through the surface of the water. My hand slipped into the water separating my folds finding my swollen bud and I started to gently rub myself but i felt the need to have something inside me. I let my fingers go where I have never touched myself before. But then i stop myself because I know that is only for my mate to have. I finally got myself together and got out of the tub just as Adda steps into the room. She shielded her eyes while I dried myself then put my robes back on. "So sorry dear I should have knocked!" I shake my head at her "You helped raise me Adda you have seen me stark naked anyway!" we both lightly chuckled "Anyway your mother says to meet her at the stables after you have your breakfast!" I smiled and let her know I was going to get myself ready for that, she excused herself and shut the door leaving me to my own company. I chose one of my favorite purple gowns and made my way down to a big breakfast that had just finished cooking. It looks like its going to be a good day, I was looking forward to riding with my mother to some of our favorite spots. I then finished my food and thanked the cooks for breakfast. Excusing myself from the table I made my way out of the dining room through the back door of the kitchen passing the vegetable garden making it to the stables where I see my mother on her golden blonde horse she named Unique, but beside her was a giant black stallion that i had never seen in our stables before with one of the guards holding the reigns for me. My eyes grew wide and I felt a huge smile overcome my face. My mother looked at me with a sweet smile on her face "So do you have any names in mind?" I looked at him for one second "I like the sound of Midnight" I came closer to him and he reared his head a little bit but then calmed down as soon as my hand gently caressed his nose then put his forehead against mine. From that moment on I knew he would love and protect me as i would love and protect him.
