The Life of a Sophomore

Chapter 1: The Beginning

When I walk inside our school I only had one thing on my mind, my friends but, before I could look for them, I had to get my schedule. Luckily, my mom printed mine before school so I started looking for my locker. I assumed that I had the same locker as last year but then I looked at my schedule and my locker number and combo were on it. "1228" was the number. It was near the welding classroom and my old locker was by the workshop. I knew in that moment that this year was gonna be a good one. I put my stuff in the first block class I had. "Biology". I looked in the mirror and noticed my brown hair was messed up. I sighed and looked into my blueish gray eyes and freckly face. I am an artistic teen with a passion of making comics. I always smiled in school. School is my happy place. My acne was horrible but I didn't care. I still couldn't believe I was 15. I looked around and noticed that my boyfriend was in this class too. My boyfriend, Ryan, has black hair and blue eyes. His acne is just as bad as mine but his personality is ecstatic, fun, brave, and competitive. He normally wears blue and black. His age is 15. We shared a few words then the teacher assigned us seats. An hour and a half later the bell rings and we go to brunch. Me and Ryan arrive together and we see one of our friends. Her name is Madalin. She has dirty golden blonde hair and teal eyes with freckles. She has braces too and she normally wears a plain t-shirt with a hoodie and sweatpants with her hair up in a ponytail. She has a cool personality with chill vibes . She might have her mind in the gutter but that makes her even more funny and cool. Her age is 15. " Hi Madalin! How's the first day?" I ask. "Good." She says. "It could be worse." Ryan replies. Another girl that we know comes over. Her name is Chloe. She has brown hair and brown and blue eyes. She normally wears all black and her personality is just as dark as her clothes. She is 16. The bell rings and we go to our next class, Gym class.
