For the Number 2 Hero, it was another day of work. Nothing TOO eventful happened. A few teenagers playing with fireworks, the usual attempted robbery from a convenience store, But nothing too major as Endeavor or All Might would've leapt into the spotlight over.

When he got back to his empty agency, he saw the government's letter saying even he needed at least one sidekick to help him. It was now a law for the agencies to have at least one main or more sidekicks to help file paperwork, answer calls, fight crime, etc.

He needed to find an extra set of hands, but he couldn't just pick anyone. It had to be someone who shared his ideals, or at least had a similar goal to him. Couldn't be someone who's too bright-eyed and like the other Pros, but not someone who's too villainous either. Hawks, of course, was bothered by this news to a degree, but what could he do? He answered to the government, and what they said, heroes did.

It sounded impossible to do something like that, especially when it meant trusting someone, potentially with every and anything about him. He couldn't just find some random person off the street, and choose them. He tried before, but it never usually worked out.

Despite this, he checks over his current list of applications. Being popular to a degree was good and necessary for situations like these, but he still had to be selective. This was no joke, so that eliminates a lot of those with the wrong mindsets and goals, and he was NOT taking on some kid. After all, he's a hero, not a babysitter...

Well, SOME people classify him as a hero. There was still those who knew and couldn't handle his demons....  This was something he has to debate over, and by then, it was his favorite time-lunch time! He exits the building to head out to some street-side restaurant to get lunch at. As he sits and waits for a waiter or waitress, he pulls out his phone to start going down the list. Tonight's going to be a LONG night for him and plenty of others. But, it said either he finds a sidekick or team, or he's out of a job.

But, he can worry about that later. This menu needs his attention more than anything right now. It was then a young woman with a long dark brown ponytail and a tall, muscular figure walked over, smiling

"Hello and welcome to the Blue Moon Bar and Grill. My name is Rouge, and I'll be serving ya today, dude! Can I start ya off with a drink?" the tall lady winks and spoke in a foreign dialect. She was probably not from here, obviously. But she DID look strong and well-natured. The short shorts stretched over her ass and muscular thighs meant she was strong.

And the crop top showed off her six-pack, which peekabooed her pale skin. Hawks folded his wings and smiled, flipping up his goggles and letting his headphones rest on his neck. "Yeah, I'll have a jack and coke." He replied, giving a charming smile as Rouge wrote down his order and left him to look over the menu.

Soon, another waitress came out, holding two trays. Her dialect was also a hint she wasn't Japanese. That and the tanned skin.  "Alright!! I got ya wings, ya scrubs! You're all getting fed!! If you're going to bitch this much about food, why don't you go home to your wives? Save me a whole lotta trouble!"

She barks, having a whole lotta attitude for a short, curvaceous woman.

She pauses when someone slaps her ass as she walks by, slamming him face first on the table and hissing about having some goddamn respect for a lady. After she shoves him, she talks to Hawk's server, the tall lady. It was quiet conversation, but the short one seemed irked and walked to the back. The tall waitress serves her other tables, coming back with the drink for Hawks.

"Sorry about my friend. She's a bit of a wild card at times..." Meanwhile the pro was laughing, gazing at the firecracker of a woman. She had spunk... Life.. And it seems a right hook that worked like a charm.
