You Are Loved

Dear Friend, I hope you know,

That God holds you near,

And wants you to grow.

To grow close to Him,

And always speak truth

Because, dear Friend,

His love will always stay true.

For God so loved the world;

He sent his only Son,

He took your place and died,

So you wouldn't have to be the one.

For we were bought at a price,

So for Him we should fight,

And run the race,

With a steady pace,

And finish so that we can win.

Don't feel down if you think others are better,

God loves you just as much,

Because when I see you bleak,

It makes me feel weak,

Knowing you're pained,

But nothing I do can change.

I want you to know,

That there is still light,

Even if you feel pain,

God will give you the might,

After, you'll never feel the same ,

Because, yes, you can be revived today!

For His power is infinite;

He is before all time,

Oh yes, the life you will feel,

It will truly be sublime!

We are all equal,

All in God's sight,

Nobody is better,

Not by day or by night,

We are all unique;

Individually made,

Jesus loves you even if we're not perfect,

Yes, He loves you anyway!

I guess I just want to say, dear Friend,

That by God you are loved,

He has given you a gift,

And it's to you from Him above!

Don't worry what the world thinks,

Just show the his kindness and power,

Because His love never fails;

It is shown at every hour:

By Jesus with the nails,

God has shown His love,

I'm so glad it has filled me up,

And to me, that is enough!
