Steel rush: he charges at the enemy tanking their attack as he draws closer to hus opponent delivering his own attack
Metallic echo: he hits his arms together to make a metal sound, in order to daze enemies from the sound or using it as emergency signal for warnings and stuff like a bell (sound depends on how hard he hits)

Background:When john was just a child and saw how cool all might was as a hero, he became inspired by him and wanted to be a hero aswell, he heard what happened to his little brother and the heroic action he did and his father was training him so he joined his father and brother with their training section. After graduating from his school with flying colors and enrolled into Shiketsu high school but was not accepted, he didn't know why he was rejected even though all of his grades and his quirk prove to be very good so he decided to enroll into UA highschool but he didn't know that his brother was already there
Reasons for being a hero:he was inspired by all might and his father, he decided to become a hero since he was a child and trained with or without his father and brother, he would always wake up and train his body
