It was a rainy day. I was on my way home from school when I heard a scream. It was my friend Sam. She was staring out the window in horror. That's when I knew something was wrong. I looked out the window and saw a huge, glowing, yellow cloud. All of a sudden, my phone went off and I looked down at it.

CALLING ALL WALKERS! SEEK SHELTER BEFORE SOLAR STORM! COORDINATES: 40º44'31.9"N 74º00'17.4"W

I looked at the sender. It was Alan Walker! I got up, ran off the bus, plugged the coordinates into my GPS and headed off. I had no idea just what I was getting myself into, but I trusted Alan with my life.

Let me give you a little backstory and info about me. I am 16 and I live in Colorado with my parents and two siblings. I got my walker ID in January 2020 when I stumbled upon a website called W41k3r.com. I also got a text around then that said this:

"B3 R34DY!!! 7H3 3ND 15 N34R!! 17 W1LL C0M3 1N 7H3 F0RM 0F 4 50L4R 570RM!!!"

That was it. No hint of who it was from or where and when it would happen. It was weird. After that I just left it alone and went on with life. But enough about me. Back to the story.

I got within 1 mile of the shelter when I started hearing my favorite song. Unity by Alan Walker! I knew instantly that I was close. Just then, a walker came up to me and said this.

"Come with me if you want to live."

So I followed. Now, normally I wouldn't follow a complete stranger, but there was something about this walker that was familiar (And I was extremely desperate at this point.) Once we got to the shelter, he took off his face mask and hoodie. It was Alan Walker himself! I want to tell you that I fainted from stress and exhaustion, but... I may or may not have fanboyed. and then lost consciousness.

When I woke up, I was in a comfortable bed. Alan and another walker were arguing about something. (I couldn't tell at first, My ears were ringing too loudly.) Then I could suddenly hear super clearly. They were arguing about me.

"You cant keep bringing in random kids and fans from the street!"

"Yes, I can! This is MY bunker! No one deserves to die. If you don't agree, you can leave!"

Just then, they noticed that I was awake. Alan looked over at me and apologized with a caring look on his face. The other walker was glaring daggers at me. Alan noticed and asked him to leave.

"What's his problem?"

"He has a bad temper. He'll get over it."

Little did I know that this was only the beginning. The Beginning of the End.
